Mrs, [Member Name Removed], We came at your home by your request and time when you are available at home to diagnose and quote resolution to your plumbing issues including shower, tub and Dishwasher. By our vehicle tracking system, no other visits were made to your home after the initial visit lasting 30 min. Please if you have any evidence, camera recording or any other sort of evidence, provide it to Police and our management to further investigate the reason of stated not approved visit to further properly address that issue. Regarding water pressure: We apologize if that action wit water pressure check was not explained to you. We will definitely coach our technician to so on any job. The reason we checked you water pressure was cause of Plumbing Code and manufacturer safety requirements to all Plumbing fixtures required not to work at higher than 80 PSI pressure which may cause damage to pipe or connections, create leakage and void manufacturers Warranty. We, as reputable company, always check water pressure to prevent water leak and costly Property damage. Of course we can only advice about needed repairs and you , the customer, have to decide and bare any consequences. Regarding meter manipulation: No one has ability to manipulate water pressure at City meter box. Please call your current water provider to check it out and if there is some "manipulation" done to it, call and file complaint Police to further investigate and resolve. If no "manipulation" was done, Please respond back accordingly to this review. We are patiently waiting."
