I struggled getting in touch with the company to get the task that I had purchased completed. I called and emailed without response many times. Once the company responded and sent a crew of gentleman to paint the interior of my home they did an excellent job. The paint crew was very professional, prompt, courteous, and the quality was excellent. I, of course, had to pay additional money based on the measurement of my home by the owner of the company. If you do not mind waiting for the job to be completed they did an excellent job.

It went fine. They had to come back to finish everything back. It took a while to get it done because Sam got sick.

The service was excellent. They were quick, neat, and did a good job. They said when they would be here and that is when they were here. They said when they would be finished and that is when they finished. They were a hundred percent professional. My interactions with them were limited. They were too busy working. It was not bad; it was a good thing. I think we spent a little bit more because we added trim. We added another $150 on top of the Big Deal.

I ordered a special off of Angies list for interior painting for $1500 for 2000 SF. It ended up being more since it was more square footage, but they did the whole house in two days and it was still less than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Getting the job done quickly was critical as I had closed on my other house and was waiting to move into my new house, had furniture that needed to be moved in, and people in town to help me so I needed to get it done quickly. Sam had a couple crews come in one day to help move it along and I am very happy with the results. Thanks!

They painted the kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. There was a scheduling mix up and the 2nd painter didn’t arrive for a couple of hours. Then, they said that our 8 hours were up and hadn’t finished the trim. They offered to paint the trim at the regular rate, or we could paint the trim ourselves. We ended up painting the trim ourselves. One painter was there for the full 8 hours, and the other one was not. What they did paint, though, they did a good job.

I took advantage of the 'whole house' special and "Sam" was very prompt in getting with me to meet and schedule the job. Was very attentive to my questions and concerns and was thorough in explaining the process as well as what he could do or couldn't do. The day came for painting and his crew helped with moving some large pieces, worked steadily, and completed the job on time. I was so pleased that I asked them for an additional job (outside deck) and am very satisfied will all work quality. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

When they came out for the estimate, they said there would be additional costs, but they never sent me a bill or asked me for the payment before they left. They sent out three crew members and none of them spoke English. They did a terrible job with the work. It was done sloppy and unprofessional. I was not impressed with the work and I would not use them again.

The service was great. Very responsive to all my emails and phone calls. Great group of painters. Very clean and tidy. Good price and fast completion. I even changed the color mid way through and they were very agreeable. I would definitely use Charlotte Painting and Carpentry again

They did did beautiful work. They patched the drywall and painted it so that you couldn't tell it had ever been torn out. The price was very reasonable and extremely pleased.

Everything was ok. Not awesome. There were some things that I had to ask the painter to go back and fix and I keep finding more. This provider did allow for me to pay for everything at the end as long as I bought the paint which was a major plus but the price is high for the amount of mistakes. Some things were taken apart to paint and not ever put back together. Also, they power washed my deck, and I didn't ask them too and it looks worse than before.

"Dear client, I`m in shock with your review. All the time you was very happy with our job and now you are saying all that. First you said to me that other company charged you a lot and my price was fine. During and at the final day you said everything was perfect. My painter`s wife stop by with her kid to pick him up, just that. The deck was so dirty with mold and mildew that you did not realized how bad the deck was. We did not damage it. Almost everyday you was at the house and asked us when this and that part is not finished. You have to understand that is a big job and things will get done at the right time. For example, if you see a carpenter making a furniture you will think that he’s destroying the wood, but you have to wait to see the final product. Your house was empty (nothing to put back) and we cleaned everything. I did my best and my conscience is clean. When we left the house you said that you loved the work done. Honestly, I don`t get your point saying all that. Anyway, was a pleasure to working with you! Sam Owner"
