We always found homes from more varied realty firms on Jeff's site than the others we tried. This lead us to believe he would be more willing to work with other realtors, and that he had our best interest in mind by offering the best possible selection. He put us in contact with a well established mortgage broker and gave us a list of information the broker would ask for so we could be prepared. We hadn't bought a house in over twenty years but we still remembered how awful it had been the first time. Jeff made it easy this time .He had us pre-qualified, showed us houses in the price range we wanted to stay in, and got back to us with an answer to every question within hours. If there were any questions from the mortgage broker Jeff was in the loop and always gave us a call to see if he could offer any assistance. I can't say enough great things about our experience with Jeff Lynch at ReMax. He had great knowledge of the market, the area and overall Real Estate. He knew how to get the most for our money buying and make the most selling. He was also very patient and diligent when it came to meeting our needs on both sides (selling and buying). He sold our house in under 6 weeks for top dollar in a "difficult" market. He was very easy to work with and reassuring. Moving our family to a new home is a very stressful experience and he went above and beyond on helping us through the transition. Not only from spending time with us talking through every step and every possible option but going out and doing the foot work to explore all possibilities for us to make sure we found the right new home.
