I would not recommend Charlotte Landscaping. I hired them to scrape my grass, lay new seed and install a sprinkler system. The guys who came to scrape my grass ran into my front deck steps, breaking them. They did fix them but they don’t look the same. The management team did an awful job of communicating with the team who put in the sprinklers, causing a lot of inefficiency and confusion and more of my yard being torn up than needed (and they did not lay seed back over everything). Finally, the grass that they laid was “highway” grass. It is not green and lush but more straw like and ugly. I will likely have to hire someone else to redo this work. Do not recommend.

We had the Sales Manger Mike come out a few times to talk about options of what we could do and costs, he even brought his machine operator. They were great and came up many options to be sure it would work for us and our budget. Mike was very friendly and accommodating.
The total job took about 2 days to complete. We feel we were given a fair price overall through paying cash and recruiting our neighbor to have there's done as well. No complaints there. My problem is that since then, we have experienced A LOT of pooling of water due to the machinery and some abrasion to the dirt/grass. Grass seed and straw was laid down but the natural divot that the water used to run down is now no longer there. This could most likely be fixed with filling in areas with dirt to do some minor re-leveling.
When I called the company to talk about this, I did not receive a response. I followed up again and supplied photos. After speaking with Mark the owner he said that I stated in our prior conversation that we've always had that problem. That is just untrue. I had concerns with making sure we kept that natural flow of water, but he kept insisting I said otherwise. This is extremely frustrating. He offered to come fix it, for a fee though. No thank you. I just wanted it back to the way it was to avoid any further water issues, I wasn't looking for free-bees.
Just understand that once the job is done, it's done. Don't expect much of a followup or fixing of anything.

My call was returned within hours of calling for a request. First Matt, then Mark, called to give me an estimate of the job. Both were friendly and professional. Mark called the day of the service just to inform me that the workers would be there in the afternoon. And they were. They did a great job and removed every leaf from our 1/2 acre lot, including driveway, walks, and beds. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Mikes was my sales representative and he was very professional, courteous, and timely. He quickly came by to assess the mess I let my backyard become and gave me lots of good options to work with. After settling on the services and estimate a team came within two days and completed the project in one. I am very happy with the outcome and look forward to a potential part two project.

Mark with CLS was my point of contact. He came out very soon after contacting him. Due to the workload, I did have to prompt Mark with a few emails but every interaction I had was very cordial and professional. CLS was able to schedule us immediately upon approval of their quote. Great results and superior work ethic.

I had CLS install steel edging around multiple plant beds, re-apply fresh mulch, plant a bush, prune all bushes , and re-route some down spouts. Once. The bid was accepted it took them only a few days to come out to perform the work and they did it all in about 3 hours. They sent a good sized crew, listened to me feedback and did the work as I wanted it. I felt their price was reasonable and did not consider anyone else. I will be using them again

They were supposed to contact me about landscaping when the came out for the follow up spraying (to kill off vines). They never followed up with me nor returned my call. Overpriced for the quality of work which was not completed to the agreement.

We liked the tree - it was nice. They called when they said they would. Everything was pretty positive. However, I probably wouldn't do a deal like this again in the future, simply because I've got a truck and could pick up the tree more cheaply myself. I never met them - I spoke to them on the phone but I believe the delivery was punctual and they were professional.

Service was great, although I wished the tree had a stronger pine smell. I don't know much about trees so maybe it was selection, maybe it was chance, maybe it was too late in the season.

Mark was very responsive and actually ended up sending another landscaper, Jeff, to do the work since his schedule couldn't accommodate us as quickly as we wanted. I was surprised and very happy with the service. I had hired someone in the past to clean up the leaves and was very disappointed in the service. Charlotte Landscaping Services; Mark,Mike and Vincent did exactly what I needed and wanted plus a little extra. I am very pleased with their service and plan on using them for my monthly year-round lawn care.

Overall, I was pleased with services provided. First of all, Mark, the owner of the company, accommodated me on short notice since our landscape provider fell ill and his return is questionable due to his illness. Vinnie, the team leader, and two other guys arrived on time and listened carefully to my service request. Vinnie was knowledgeable about shrub growth/ trimming and land drainage. The guys worked efficiently . The one problem they had was truck bed too small for all of the leaves and the job took longer than estimated time given by Mark. However, Mark charged me the original estimate and did not try to get more money from me because he accepted blame for the job taking longer than he originally stated. He also agreed to charge me by the job rather than the hour since I was uncomfortable with the latter.
My yard looks great for the holidays and I would definitely recommend his services to others and use him again in the future.

They delivered a beautiful Christmas Tree. I had never used a service where you just tell them the size of the tree you need and they will deliver when you want the tree. The tree was deliverd during the day and that evening I brought the tree in upwrapped the string around the tree to have a fresh and full tree.
I could not have picked out a better tree myself. During this time of year when my time is very busy with so many activities this was a great time saver.

I was skeptical about this deal because choosing a Christmas tree is usually a big event in our house. However we were running out of time and didn't have a free weekend to get one. Mark was very professional, delivered it according to my schedule, called when he arrived to let me know he was there and asked if it was okay to leave the tree on the front porch. Now for the best part, the tree smells great, it is 8 ft tall (which is what I requested), it is perfectly shaped, AND they cut the lower branches off so that it would go in the tree stand. The whole thing couldn't have been better :-))

I cannot say enough positive things about Mark and his company. We purchased a 8' Christmas Tree thru Angie's List and to be honest, I wasn't sure if we would get the best of trees or not. What we did get was a spectacular 10' Christmas tree, delivered exactly when Mark said it would and just truly professional service. The tree was taken to the back deck with a smile on Mike's face and not one word of concern at the four steps necessary to put into place. My family tends to be an artificial tree of recent years so to venture into the "real tree" realm was a leap of faith. The tree Charlotte Landscaping Services delivered is fragrant, full, and FRESH!
