The quality of the work performed is excellent, done in a reasonable amount of time, and for less than originally quoted! The office and the installer were very helpful. I always tint my cars when I get them and this will be my new go-to tinting shop. Well done.

Wonderful experience! My front door has 9 glass panels and I was so nervous about tinting it. I wish I had done it sooner. The final product is so fantastic that I had them complete the dining room as well. I will definitely call them for additional tinting.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience at Charlotte Glass Tinting. Rob (I believe that was his name) came out and we walked around my vehicle to make note of any existing scratches/marks and to talk about what the service entailed. I filled out my paperwork and he got started. The waiting area had a TV was clean, comfortable and furnished with coffee and water. Scarlett was professional, friendly, I enjoyed our conversation and she was personable. They offer tons of other services that if I ever decide I am in the market for that Charlotte Glass Tinting is where I will be.

It went great and was done just the way Rob said it would be. Rob is a great guy to deal with. He took his time matching my new window film to the existing film his company had applied about 17 years ago. We needed new film because we had replaced our large foyer window due to a broken seal. We also replaced our full glass storm door and needed film on it as well. Rob took care of it all and it looks great. So glad the company was still in operation since our last job with them was 17 years ago. We were happy with their service then and wanted to use them again.

I looked on the internet at hundreds of film choices. They ordered the exact privacy film I chose and it was received in less than a week. They were flexible with installation date and time. The film was installed beautifully, and all without charging me up front. They did a great job and left no mess behind.

I can't tell you how pleased I am. I first talked on the phone with Scarlet and got an idea of what the cost going to be. She was very nice and help answered all my questions. I got to the store and both her and Rob were there to help me. Rob went over the everything with me and made me feel confident in what was going to be done to my windows on the car. Rob and Scarlet both were very professional and the job they did was very professional !! I would go back to them again and again !!

Everything was EXCELLENT!! The car was taken to be worked on immediately after I arrived and the work was done quicker than estimated. The tint looks great.
The tint on the storm door of the house also looks great. It does a great job of keeping the heat from blazing through that door during the day time.
This is a very hardworking, honest and trustworthy company. I would highly recommend them.

I called Charlotte Glass Tinting (CGT) for an estimate on tinting 2 cars - the side windows and rear glass. After shopping around, I decided to give them a try so I scheduled 1 of the cars (my Son's car) for Friday of that week. It was nice that I could get an appointment so fast! 2 days later my calendar became clear and I called them to see if I could move my appointment up to Thursday. CGT said that would be no problem - they could bring in another worker to accommodate. On the day of the install, when we arrived at their location, I came to the conclusion that the front windshield would need to be tinted also to block all the heat coming off the black dashboard. When I informed them that I needed to have the additional tint - they were still able to accommodate me, and didn't need to reschedule. This was wonderful! I picked the middle tier 3M Color Stable film - and when the car came out of the shop - the tinting looked great! They did a great job of getting all the glass tinted without any flaws that I can find. Having the the 10% off coupon also helped with the final cost. No regrets at all - I will use them again!

Our double front door gave us very little privacy. We used Charlotte Glass Tinting to install a frosted 3M film on the two doors and two sidelights. We are very pleased with our experience dealing with them, the quality of the work, and how nice the end result looks. There's a faux leaded glass panel between two outer pieces of glass and the film really brings out the leaded glass look. Neighbors who were skeptical about our doing this later remarked how well it turned out. We are now considering added some frosting to our shower doors for added privacy.
