Everything went well. The dumpster was delivered on time the day after I called; placed right where I had requested. Called for removal and it was removed the following day. Next time I need a dumpster, I'll call these folks back.

After the dumpster did show I called for over an hour before I got somebody on the phone. He apologized and said "I 2as the next person he was about to call". He overbooked and wasn't going to be able to make it until first thing in the morning. At 9:30 I called as I have the crew standing around AGAIN! The same gentleman said I was the next delivery and I would have the dumpster by 10am. Going on noon and still no dumspter. I have lost hundreds of dollars with the clean up crew stopped in mid project. Called several times and phone goes dead after four rings. This is horrible and I have already given my credit card to pay.

We've rented twice from Charlotte Dumpster Service in the past 3 years. Both times, they delivered on the same day that we placed the order. We also needed to extend our rental by a few days to finish cleaning our garage and they were very flexible regarding the pick up date. I would highly recommend this provider.

I was able to coordinate everything over the telephone.  The container was delivered exactly when promised and was picked up promptly when I requested it.  No marks or damage was made to the driveway.  The drive was very conscientious about not damaging anything.

Everything went well with the dumpster delivery and pickup however I was billed for an extra week.  Before I noticed the error the owner of the company called me and apologized.  He quickly mailed a refund check and I would recommend his company to anyone who needs a dumpster delivered.

We have used this service twice and both times they were great. They were able to drop the dumpster the next day and gave us as much time as we needed to fill it. They were very careful when backing into the property. They picked it up as soon as we called.

Got a dumpster to remove yard debris.  Price was very competitive with other options.  Was able to get a dumpster on Sunday after calling on Saturday.   One week is included but they gave me an extra day because they didn't usually pick up on Sundays.

It couldn't have gone any better.  Always showed up on time.

They were great. I purchased the dumpster for two weeks but the job needed more time. I gave them a call and they were gracious enough to let me use it for an additional week with no extra charge. I would recommend them to others.

I couldn't be more happy with the service and the job provided. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures!  After Charlotte Dumpster cleaned out my garage...... it looked brand new!  They sweeped the floor and everything.  Very nice guys.

The process was as simple as calling Ron who would have the dumpster delivered or picked up on the day you needed it. Dumpster came in one size at one flat rate for two weeks. They were very responsive for both dumpster rentals. I had called another dumpster rental service before Charlotte Dumpster and their pricing was not only higher, it also had more terms that if not met would result in additional fees. In addition, it took a series of phone prompts to reach the department that handled the rental vs. one direct number for Ron.

Charlotte Dumpster was so efficient. We never had to wait for the dumpster to start either job. And when we were done and wanted the dumpster out of the way, they returned promptly to remove it. I always get 3-6 quotes on every project I do. Charlotte Dumpster was the most reasonable for the job, plus I liked the way the rep told me exactly what to expect. Everything went as planned with this company.

I was in the process of gutting my new house and found Ron on the Internet. He was out there the same day dropping off a dumpster. We decided to put it in the grass rather than on the driveway and Ron placed the dumpster with minimal damage to the grass. When I needed it picked up, he came out the next morning and removed the dumpster with, again, minimal damage to the yard.
