Charlotte Cleaning Co

Purchased 4 discounted groupons in hopes that I would find a business I'd like to continue a relationship with as my full time work schedule will dictate later in the year.  After the 3 remaining groupons are used, I will continue looking.  They did come in April and cleaned the house fairly well in the 2 hours - nothing that wowed me (I've had professional housecleaning before), but it was presentable for our out of town company.  The only drawback to that initial service was that the nice women that came couldn't easily speak english, nor did they seem to be able to read it very well.  Which leads to my major concern with this company - their total lack of professionalism or even respect of a potential customer.  I have literally been calling for a few weeks & have documented 9 calls/messages left that have still NOT been returned or even acknowledged.  Their phone message indicates to leave a message, DON"T BOTHER.  I finally was able to get to their website (the description from their phone answering message is very difficult to understand the correct spelling), but again no way to actually contact somebody.  Did look like you could attempt to schedule an appointment, but I have to know the next time they are coming whether somebody would be able to read written instructions and/or how to get them a key to the house - hence the need for direct communication, this company seems to have no desire to communicate with customers at all.

I bought an Angie's List deal for them.  I liked everything about them. They were excellent. They were very thorough and polite.  They worked really hard and they accomplished a lot. I was really amazed how clean my house was.

I have been using Karissa and Charlotte Cleaning Company for the last 2 years. She is always on time and very meticulous. She is smart, bright and full of positive energy. She regularly does extra things for us around the house without question. She comes once a week and does a full cleaning including cleaning the floors, all rooms, refrigerator, bathrooms, baseboards, vacuuming, dusting ect... She is wonderful and I feel bad that I have never thought to post until I found a review of her while I was looking for someone to pressure wash our house. Pricewise is in line with everyone else but there is NO language barrier and we completely trust her in our house alone and with our children should we need to dash out for a moment. I highly recommend Charlotte Cleaning Company!

Our prior cleaning company was short-cutting everything so we started looking for a replacement. Now not only is our house clean every time, things are put away in a thoughtful manner and we always get little extras such as decluttering or vacuuming the furniture. We are thrilled.
