I've known Chad for over 20 years and when it was time for my husband and I to find our first home, I knew he was the right choice. Once our home was listed we had multiple offers in the first few days and were under contract quickly. Due to some complications with our buyers, we had to re-list our home. This would normally be a very stressful situation, however Chad had our home re-listed on that next day which was a Friday and we were back under contract by Monday, again with multiple offers. I started searching for a home in June with a different realtor and was very dissatisfied. Chad was referred to me by a friend and from the first conversation in September, he was attentive, encouraging, and personable. He offered his best advice but also was supportive of decisions I felt were important to me. What I liked most about Chad was that he did not give up. He found creative solutions to issues that surfaced so that they would not become barriers to home ownership for me. He maintained an open line of communication, always willing to take a call, respond to an email or text, or reach out to check with me to ensure that I was informed about what was going on and satisfied. He encouraged me to not give up in Charlotte's aggressive seller's market and inspired faith in him that I could trust that he would do his job with fidelity, looking out for my best interests. What I appreciated most about Chad was his kindness and genuine interest in my happiness with the home purchase. My daughter was unaware that I was shopping for a home. I wanted to surprise her on the day of closing by taking her to her new home. Chad was excellent to work with. As a first-time buyer, I had lots of questions that he was able to answer. He certainly works hours I wouldn't dream of! I would think of stuff to ask and text him late at night expecting a response in the morning; he would answer minutes later. He is friendly and professional. Definitely would use him again!
