Certapro of South Charlotte was fantastic. We were putting our house on the market and wanted 4-5 rooms freshened up with paint. They gave us a great quote with a quick turnaround time to get the work scheduled. When the day arrived for them to complete the job they sent a very knowledgeable and professional crew to get it done. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

Job was great. Joe arrived for an estimate (masked), and was thorough in his walk-through. He noted my areas of concern, and highlighted his concerns as well. Was able to schedule us for our tight timeline and the work looks great. His crew repaired several cracks in our vaulted ceiling, as well as smoothed over some other issues on our walls. Also painted our 2-story foyer and vaulted living room walls. Very happy with the results.

I cannot begin to say how professional Joe Cardone’s team was and how pleased I am with the work they just finished. I had a badly damaged ceiling( 17 1/2 foot ceilings) and did not know where to start with the repairs needed. Joe came and did an assessment and immediately put me at ease. He gave me a detailed work plan that would be performed by his awesome team and kept me reassured that it would be taken care of. What seemed like an insurmountable job was completed beautifully, professionally and in an unbelievable amount of time. In fact, I was so impressed after day one that I also had an accent wall done. Joe and I discussed the job requirements in detail. After carefully listening to my needs and concerns he offered clear and detailed suggestions and recommendations. Before Joe left my home we had an oral agreement, and a written scope of work and cost agreement within 24 hours. The crew worked smoothly, efficiently and professionally. They matched the colors perfectly and applied the paint precisely and smoothly. The repair work was done so professionally that I could not tell the repaired area from the undamaged area. The job was started, done and completed on time and as we'd agreed. Communications with Joe and his crew were top notch.

It went exceptionally well! CertaPro showed up when they said they would and did a beautiful paint job, cleaned up after themselves and even did a couple little extra things like touched up some trim spots here and there.

This is the second time I've used Certa Pro of South Charlotte and if Joe would come up to the Lake I'd use them a 3rd and 4th time as well. Joe has helped me sell two homes now. This second one being my moms and it needed ALOT of work. We had 12 gridded window frames that were dark brown that needed to be converted to white... and the grids wouldn't come off. I get anxiety just thinking about it. All trim in the home was dark brown, pop corn ceilings had to go, and oh there was a dark brown beam and framed sky lights in the sunroom.....As always Joe gave me his honest opinion. The service is second to none. The house sold and we are very happy. Thank you Joe!

Joe's team was great. We've had them do several projects for us over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed. Joe really cares about his customer's satisfaction.

The job went very well. Joe Cardone, the company owner, arrived as scheduled with the painters before any work was done. Joe went over the project with the painters and myself to ensure all were clear on the scope of the project. Joe was also available by phone at all times while the painters were here at my house. The painters did a thorough prep before they began any work. They protected my entrance floors with a canvas material. I was concerned that the counter tops were protected before any work was begun and CertaPro thoroughly covered them. If anyone has tried to remove old wallpaper then they know how tedious that work is...CertaPro was very meticulous in completely removing all the old wallpaper with minimal effect on the underlying drywall or ceiling. They then carefully smoothed the wall and prepped it before beginning any painting. Before the actual final color was applied they used a proper primer. CertaPro kept the work area clean and protected the floors and other surfaces from water and debris. The final paint job was excellent. No drips, overuns, or uneven edges. CertaPro even touched up some trim and a door that was not in the contract. The painters were friendly and answered all my questions. When all the paint work was done, CertaPro thoroughly cleaned up the area and returned all appliances to their proper place. CertaPro comes highly recommended from me.

I've been working with Joe Cardone/CertaPro painters for at least 15 years. When it comes to outdoor and interior painting he is my go-to man. He has painted the exterior of my home three if not four times in the 19 years I've been in my home. Keep in mind I have an all brick ranch, but there's plenty of trim under the eaves, 25 windows and two entrance doorways. I'm pretty sure I've always had the same crew here... Or at least the same crew chief, Flavio. I will admit I don't hire CertaPro because they are the cheapest. But if you value quality service and reliablity, in combination with price, they are an excellent VALUE. Since my windows are all wooden, they don't necessarily open all that easily. Joe's team always goes through the trouble of getting even the top windows of my double hungs freed up. Honestly, they will not be opened again until the next time they are here. It's just an example of the kind of attention to detail they provide. Many other crews would just paint them shut and move on. They also CAULK my windows and wood splices under the eaves BEFORE painting. Let's face it, even in Charlotte window caulking needs to be touched up once in a while. It's one of those things that may be on my to-do list that I never actually get to. Fortunate I get the house painted every 5 years or so. I have never had an issue with their work... The team is on time and courteous to my wife and I, even when they are out in the elements slugging away in the heat and humidity. I have also had them paint several rooms in my home's interior. With excellent service as their hallmark, we have always been delighted with their work. If you're looking for a reputable painting service, one that will stand by their work, and one that will be there next year and the year after when you need additional help, give Joe a call and request an estimate.

It was a pleasure to work with Joe and his team. They removed wallpaper in our kitchen and painted the first floor and upstairs hallway. The crew, led by Flavio, were on-time, took great care of our belongings and did a wonderful job painting our home. We will definitely use them for the remaining interior rooms and exterior!

Excellent, we had older style paint colors including yellow walls in the main rooms and faux red walls in the dining room. The crew caulked and fixed any gaps prior and then applied enough coats to completely cover. The job manager walked the finished job and touched up any areas. Also did a nice job cleaning.
