Horrible. They were the only trade we had difficulty with. Getting Mike Cerett to return phone calls and do what he promises has been a nightmare. If he doesn't answer the phone when I call then I won't talk with him because he has NEVER returned ANY of my messages. I have to catch him. I am now left with an unfinished job, ceiling can lights that don't work, wires that they installed that they don't know where they are at in the wall. He did not follow up in person at all on the job site while his crew were here and now he has laid them off and he has no idea what they did when they were here.

John from a plumbing company called Bob at Cerett on Friday night to get an estimate for doing the electrical work to replace our water heater. Bob was at our house at 8:30 Saturday morning ready to go to work. He was professional, responsive, and efficient. He discussed options for completing the job, and answered many questions, and he kept me apprised of his progress. Bob went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning out behind our dishwasher that was pulled out in connection with the disposal installation.
