THEY SCHEDULED A MEETING AND THEN NEVER SHOWED. I STAYED HOME FROM WORK TO MEET THEM. I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE, AND THEY STILL NEVER CALLED BACK.

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE WORK PERFORMED AND THE PERSONNEL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. THEY RETURNED ON A SATURDAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND CLEANED UP PROPERLY. THE TILE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THIS WAS OUR SECOND POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH CTRC AND WE WOULD UNHESITATINGLY RECOMMEND THEM!
