1. Much of materials removed were not cleaned up for several weeks until a neighbor offered to do cleanup. It appears workers paid to slap new materials on. Sloppy work. See photos. 2. Dumpster not removed from site for over six months. 3. I bought materials. Workers tossed many 4 ft long or more sheets ODB. No effort to use partial sheets when would do job. 4. Boss's son guestimated amount shingles needed. Many shingles left over. 5. I requested SolarBoard for decking to reduce heat penetration from sun. SolarBoard used for much of deck. Workers nstalled regular OSB over some living area. This mistake increases heat penetration from sun.
