I can not say enough about how happy we are with the way our home turned out. Let start by saying that in having discussions with the contractor, he was very pleasant to deal with. He kept us up to date and informed during the entire process. I thought they were quick with getting our house built but that did not affect their craftsmanship what so ever.

I have mixed feelings about this company. They are great in terms of price. I would not use them again though or refer them to others. My ceilings are done really poorly and I have been told by my painter that our walls were not put up very neatly. Even our molding is uneven. Furthermore, our caulking work is unsatisfactory. Personally, I would not use them again, because there are things in my home that could have been done a little better.

This is our first brand new home. We were very impressed with the overall craftsmanship of this companies workers. There were no major flaws. These guys had the entire home built about a week ahead of schedule. We felt that they were very polite and we were treated very well. We would highly recommend this companies services to anyone.

THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THIS WARRANTY WORK, BUT I HAD TO PUT SOMETHING IN THE FIELD ABOVE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE HANDLING OF THIS CONSTRUCTION PROBLEM.
