Installation went well. The workers were hard working and courteous. The sales person was hard to get a hold of. Within a year of the company provided warranty a run in the carpet appeared in 3 different spots on the same seam. It was fixed, but only after I filed a complaint to BBB. I dealt mainly with the Mooresville location until the complaint was filed then the main office took over to fixed the problem. The run happened again within a couple of weeks in the same spot shortly after the fix, but we are dealing with it until we can use a different vendor and replace it with something different.

The crew did an excellent job. They were very careful of walls, furniture, etc. They cleaned up very well and put everything back in its place. (I removed all lamps, small items, and knick-knacks and emptied out closets along the floor.) They worked all day non-stop to complete. Also Reuben Phagen, the sales person in the Charlotte store, was very personable and worked with me to choose the right carpeting and pad, as well as to schedule on a convenient date. He came to the house with sample boards and got me any samples that I requested. Also they had interest free financing available. This vendor was easy to work with and I would highly recommend. I did some price comparison with other vendors, and they were the best for what I wanted. I love the carpeting color and soft texture. I chose Shaw Dreamweaver with 8 lb. pad with pet protection.

Everything went. fantastic. I appreciate the attention to detail that Adam, the salesman, gave me in regards to matching an existing hardwood floor and how the transitions were handled. When it seemed that the standard transition pieces wouldn't match the heights between the floors he had the installer handmake the pieces. I'm extremely pleased with the service given and the end result.

I was very pleased with the service I received from the salesman, Adam Wooten. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information necessary to make my carpet selection. The carpet I selected had to be milled and Adam kept me informed throughout the process regarding the status of my order. It was a difficult installation due to the large area and amount and size of the furniture. The installer Jorge Ortega was incredibly conscientious. He insisted that all the furniture be taken out in order to get the best installation possible which required disassembling an exercise rack. He replaced all the tack strips even though they were installed under the baseboard requiring additional time and care. The job took much longer than anyone could have anticipated. Because all my furniture was taken outside, Jorge didn’t want to quit and come back the next day. He worked until 11pm so that he could move all the furniture back inside including re-assembling the exercise rack. Not many people would be that conscientious. I highly recommend Carpet 2 Go & More because of their excellent staff.

Sharon, my sales consultant gave me confidence in my selection and remained in touch until the installation was complete. My bathroom had a lot of angles and I was concerned about how the installation would look. The tile installer laid the floor out in several arrangements before choosing how he would proceed. He was thoughtful during this step and as a result the floor came out beautiful. They cleaned up after the job and grouted the next day. Overall I am very satisfied.

All went well......excellent customer service by the representative (Adam) from the beginning to the end of completion. He went above and beyond to satisfy my request for the hardwood flooring. Also, the contractor was ON-TIME, meticulous and completed the job within one day, versus two days. Bottom line......outstanding customer service, store has a variety of items to choose, dependable and most of all, made sure I was pleased of the end result.

Trying to make a long story short, Carpet to Go FILED A LIEN ON MY HOUSE because of money I NEVER OWED THEM. My insurance was going to pay as the new floor was necessary due to flood damage. They didn't contact me or my insurance company before filing the lien, and they didn't remove the lien for 4 weeks, only doing so after I called. I'm still waiting to receive the lein release but needed to share this story before anyone else hired them to do a job. Again, they NEVER EVEN BILLED ME (or called) before filing the lien, then they DIDN'T REMOVE THE LIEN when they were paid by my insurance company. If you're a property owner, you should NOT hire this company. This is beyond atrocious service and leaving that lien on my property indfinitely should be illegal (imagine if I hadn't called!). Their "accounting" ethics are highly questionable. In fact, I'm not sure there are any ethics behind what they've done.

We did the work on Ms. [Member Name Removed]' home for a restoration company that went bankrupt owing us a substantial amount of money on work done on many homes. Due to the timing of their bankruptcy, we were forced to quickly file liens on all of the homes in which we were not paid by the restoration company. Our customer was the restoration company so we would not have been able to bill Ms. [Member Name Removed] or her insurance company. The law firm that represented us did remove the lien as soon as we received payment from Ms. [Member Name Removed]' insurance company. We do not make the decision to file liens lightly. We are an ethical business and we have been in business for over 20 years in the Charlotte area due to our high standards."

David the sales representative was a pleasure to deal with. He was through, knowledgeable and dependable. The same can be said of Miguel and members of his crew who did the installation.
The turn around time frame from measurements taken to installation (Carpet in stock) was amazing.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

This review is for the Mooresville, NC store location.
I contacted Chad at the Mooresville location and made an appointment for him to come out and give us an estimate to replace all carpet on the second floor of the house. He was prompt and professional, emailed the estimates to us very quickly, and the price was very reasonable. When we were ready to begin the project, I contacted Chad and set up a day for the installation.
On the day of the installation, Jorge and his two crew members arrived on time and ready to begin. They were absolutely great and worked quickly and very diligently to complete the tear down and install in one day. We are very happy with the results. The new carpet looks and feels amazing. I would highly recommend this company and this team.

They installed carpet and laminate flooring through the majority of our house and did a good job. We didn't have any problems with installation at all. After several months went by, we had a few issues with the laminate in our hall, but Carpets to Go was very receptive and quickly sent out an installer to fix the problem. We were very pleased with their customer service and the gentlemen that came out to fix the flooring.
