They arrived when they said they would.  They did what they said they would.  When we found a piece of rotted exterior trim that they missed they came back and fixed it.

The crew was professional and very friendly. Work was completed within the time frame given. Every morning they were very punctual. There was no mess left behind, the place was left the same as they found it.

Process went very well.  There was a snag that caused them to start a day late but it was unavoidable.  They did a great job keeping me informed as we went.  They did put the DirceTV dish is a slightly different location.  When we called and let them know they were on top of moving it back to where it needed to be.

The work went as advertised. Roofing crew arrived on time and removed and reinstalled entire roof in one day. At the end of the day all work had been performed and a through cleanup had been performed. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship. There was a small section of roof that seemed to be discolored. When I ask the Forman about the discoloration he said he though it would go away after a few rains. It never did go away so I contacted Carolina Roofing and they promptly returned and replaced the discolored shingles. Overall I was happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

See previous discussion.  Work was timely (we did have a rain delay, which was perfectly understandable), communications were good, employees and owner were personable, and we are pleased with new roof.

The salesman said that he believed that our roof would qualify for an insurarance replacement. I was skeptical. But, sure enough, it did qualify and we got a settlement for replacement. I called many of the references provided and got very good feedback on the contractors performance. We gave the job to them and were impressed with their performance. The crew was thorough and professional and did a great job of cleanup.

Our friends used Carolina Roofing & Remodeling to replace their roof/shingles and they were very pleased with their work, so we hired them to replace our 17 yr old roof/shingles with architectural shingles.
They were very professional, prompt, hardworking, and friendly.  Their crew showed up on time each day and stopped working before dark, which I very much appreciated. Many other roofing companies have their crew working way past dark, Thankfully this company did not have that bad practice. They put up a large tarp that completely covered the back of our two story house to protect it from falling shingles and they also placed tarps on all of the bushes and pine needles surrounding the house. They did a wonderful job cleaning up each night to ensure there weren't any remaining nails and/or shingles in our yard or driveway.
Since Carolina Roofing & Remodeling didn't have any prior reviews on Angie's List, we decided to also hired a roofing inspector to inspect their work. The roofing inspector we hired (AVA Consulting) told us he was very impressed by the Carolina Roofing & Remodeling crew's workmanship and knowledge  and he would not hesitate to refer this company to others and would feel comfortable using them to do work on his home. This made us feel really good about our decision to use them over any other roofing company.  We will definitely use them again in the future and will and have highly recommended them to our family and friends.  Thank you Maurice, Carlos and crew!

Our roof was damaged by wind, hail and debris from a fallen tree.  After a very unpleasant experience of having our new home's roof replaced after Hurricane Hugo, I was not looking forward to another round of trampled shrubs and dangerous roofing nails scattered all over our lawn.  We were so lucky to meet Miachel Smith who guided us through the insurance paperwork and inspections.  The crew draped all of our plantings and took care to clean up the site and the end of each day.  We had the old roof off and the new one ready in just four days.  These guys are the best!

First, the contractor did a pre-inspection and found wind damage from that huge storm in April.  Then he called our insurance company and set up a time to meet.  When the insurance guy came to our house, our contractor hung out with him as he assessed the damage.  It turns out that we did have a lot of damage and we only had to pay our insurance deductible.  Two and 1/2 weeks later, we had a new roof.  The workers were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up before they left and the roof looks great!
