They completed the project efficiently.They were friendly and very considerate of our property covering all the shrubs to protect them from the roofing repair debris. Mike and his partner were EXTREMELY prompt, both in communication and in coming out to repair a leak in our roof after Hurricane Florence. Most companies wouldn't even call me back to come out and quote us while Mike called me (on his day off no less) and was out within a few hours because he was fairly close to our neighborhood. The work was done properly and he was very thorough in explaining what he found and the type of repair that was done. Beyond that, he was very honest and knowledgeable. This is the type of person you want performing repairs on your home. He was able to point out some areas on our roof where the originally installers did a poor job so that we could keep our eyes on it for the future. I would absolutely invite Mike out for further repairs or if we needed our roof replaced altogether. Thank you so much man! We really appreciate you!

I used Carolina Roof Consultants on the recommendation of a neighbor. They were great. Mike McCoy was super responsive, answering all my questions, and handled a lot of the insurance paperwork.
The roofers finished the job in a day, and finished just before a shower rolled through. They took the time to remove and replace a satellite dish, and re-calibrated it perfectly.
They did leave behind a few roofing nails, but that's only to be expected. Mike did warn me so I spent the next few weekends with a careful eye before I let anybody wander around outside while barefoot.

Sales rep was very responsive and catered to my needs. I had a roof that was probably over 20 years old with many imperfections. I also have a previously installed room addition that leaked, and had a low pitch. He suggested the ice and water shield over the addition, thanks. The roofing contractors especially the foreman answered all my questions, explalned problems they found and suggested solutions to issues and repaired them. They found some rotted 2x4's in the rafters of a room addition. I happened to have 2x4's from another project on hand. I asked the foreman could they use my wood to make the structure stronger, they did and now I can sleep at night knowing all was done well.
Overall, I am very happy with the work and would recommend them in the future.

After a complete roof replacement by this company earlier in the week the gutter crew arrived when scheduled and with an excellent crew.

Within 4 1/2 hours the crew did a complete removal of old gutters and replaced them with new seamless gutters made off the back of their truck.

This is the second time I have used this company to replace my entire roof, (both due to severe hail damage).
Excellent sales people who know their business. Full explanation of services and what work would be performed. Date was scheduled and sure enough, 7:00 am on day of work to start, 18-20 people show up to begin work. It was amazing, within 10 hours, the old shingles and tar paper off and new paper, new shingles, ridge vents were on. All of my plants and outside areas protected by tarps. The cleanup was also amazing.
This company is also scheduled to replace my gutters and downspouts this week and I'm sure it will go as well as roof.
Hopefully I will not need another roof in the future. I highly recommend this company for their service and professionalism.

A six man crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. Each one seemed to know exactly what his job was and went immediately to it. My shrubbery was covered for protection and they immediately began work. Each one wore the appropriate safety equipment and harnesses when necessary. The young men were hard workers, happy and courteous and when the job was completed on time they asked if I was satisfied. Their clean up was so thorough there was not one nail or scrap of roofing material or shipping material anywhere. Other than a great looking new roof, you can't tell they were ever here!



My job was an insurance claim from weather damage and Carolina roof Consultants accepted the insurance estimates.

   I know what I want and I know how I want it. I’m very particular about every last detail. I want things done on time, and I want them done right. Oh, and I want them done at a reasonable cost. I’m difficult (but not impossible) to please.
   
   I’m pleased with Carolina Roof Consultants. They came recommended to me by a trusted friend. I called them. The owner, Mike McCoy came to see me.
   
   Mike is smart, friendly, and articulate. And he knows roofing. He also knows the ins and outs of dealing with insurance companies. His pricing is fair.
   
   Most importantly, though, Mike knows how to treat people. His crews respect him and do good work for him because he treats them well. They are professional and respectful. They’re also punctual . They do quality work and will take good care of your property. They work quickly but don’t rush. They will leave the place neat as a pin and you won’t have to worry about stepping on nails when the job is done.
   
   Did it go perfectly? No. There were a few hiccups. There are always hiccups. How the contractor reacts when there are hiccups is perhaps the most important part of dealing with a contractor. So we had a few minor problems. We worked together to figure out what to do about them and in the end, everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
   
   The roof on our house is beautiful. But not only. It is well (and properly) installed. Hard as I am to satisfy, I must say that I am satisfied. I would recommend Carolina Roof Consultants without hesitation.

Provider crew showed up on the day promised early morning and began work with all materials needed. Finished the job in one day and cleaned the up the entire premises. 8AM old roof ... 6PM new roof ... crew gone ... Great job as promised. No collateral damage from stripping and removing old shingles. The crew was all work and no play ... everyone I dealt with handled the job like they wanted my business and appreciated it.
I had this job estimated by two other roofers in the Fayetteville area and received estimates on both exceeding $10,000. for the same job and same shingles as Carolina Roof Consultants ... Further, Carolina Roof Consultants was present when the insurance company inspected my roof. They handled the paperwork with the insurance company and did it for the insurance replacement cost.
I must admit that I was skeptical at first with all the promises but Victor Palushaj (704-712-8956) followed up before, during and after the job was done. My experience with Carolina Roof Consultants was a good one and saved me more than $2500.

My house was re-roofed by Carolina Roof Consultants. Had a great experience with them! The crew showed up at 8 am in the morning. They did a complete tear-off and replaced a few sheets of rotted wood and put brand new felt on it. After all the new felt was applied the crew put a brand new 30 yr owens corning shingle on. The new roof looks amazing. All our neighbors love it..as well as our family!

Outstanding job that exceeded all of our expectations. My wife and I spoke with several different companies and it was Victor from Carolina Roof Consultants that had impressed us the most. He was punctual for our appointment and even called before hand to make sure we were home. He answered all our questions and concerns, provided shingle samples and left no unanswered questions.

The workers used meticulous attention to detail. All my questions were answered fully before work began. In addition, the roof installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves.
