Mike helped us find our perfect home. He listened to what we wanted and was very helpful telling us the pros and cons of all the homes we looked at. When we found the right home, he negotiated to get and the price where we wanted it. Then he used his rental company to screen applicants to rent our old home. He was professional and very helpful. His tough negotiating skills got us a home we love, and rented our other home to tenants who pay on time every month. Awesome experience!! We highly recommend him.
