We finally got our money back today through BBB. Details will be available on BBB site soon for our case and I will post a link soon. Contractor refunded $2400 in money order last week to BBB and then today he delivered remaining 100$ in cash to BBB. This is strange but this does tells that this is not a legitimate contractor who refund in parts and some in cash? My advice to everyone to stay away from this contractor who wasted our 3+ months.

This contractor took money on 5/3 and failed to start and complete the work on various committed date. When we filed a complaint with better business bureau on 7/1, he stated that he is cancelling the contract and will refund our money. what a joke..... still it has been 28 days and we have not received a refund from him either.
In my opinion this contractor is a fraud and I will not advise anyone to hire this contractor. It has been almost 3 months since this company took advance money and neither delivered or refunded our money. The case is with BBB and should be available in few days.
We are also in the process for filing a police report against this contractor for theft by deception if he did not refund our money .
