Burke himself answered my call (not an answering service) and arrived earlier/sooner than I expected (about 20 mins.). (I did call around 7:30 in the evening.) Burke was extremely responsive, prompt, and friendly when he arrived. Would definately call Burke again before calling one of the larger, slower, more expensive services.

Called company Tuesday, got appointment for Thursday morning. Employee called before appointment time to confirm address and that he was en route. Did job very quickly and professionally. Only issue was that the trip charge is not $45 as stated on this site but instead was $65.

They provided a quote in a timely manner. They had someone come out the next day to complete the work. It was probably all completed within less than 24 hours. Their prices were also very reasonable. We will use them again in the future if needed.

Burke was very helpful and understanding of our problem. When it was determined that he had done all he could to see if the hardware could be replaced, he came back and cut the levers down to allow the shutters to fit. This was our only choice other then replacing the doors themselves, which would be much more costly. It was very important that the shutters fit on these patio doors as they had been previously installed on the panel of windows that surround these patio doors. We were very impressed with Burke and would definitely use his services again, as well as, recommend them to other friends. Our shutters are finally up on the patio doors and they look great.

I CANT PRAISE THEM ENOUGH AND THERE ISN'T ANYTHING THAT THEY CANT FIX. JUST THIS WEEK, I COULDN'T GET THE DEADBOLT TO LOCK AND THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE IN AN HOUR. THEY ARE PROMPT. COURTEOUS, NEAT AND REASONABLE.
