We do have an annual contract with them now after we decided to go with them.  They've come probably for the last two months and so far they are good.  I would have a few suggestions for them to fix some things but otherwise they are prompt and they do the work they are supposed to do.  They come once every two weeks.  We are sort of midway through our two weeks cycle.  They are prompt and they come when they are supposed to.  The only feedback I would have for them is while they are neat and tidy and they do their work, the grass is too high every two weeks so they almost need to come more often.  When they cut and the grass is too high they don't pick up the mulch but they just mulch it in but it's too much mulch.  That's the only thing I would recommend that we do differently for them is that they use their bag attachments.

We were very happy with the quality of lawn service.  They showed up when scheduled and completed all cutting and mowing as promised.  Billing was always prompt and online payments were accepted.
My only complaint:
No one answers the phone.  Their voicemail is always full, making it impossible to leave a message.  The only  way they can be contacted is via email.  Sometimes, you just want or need to talk to someone.  The  emails were answered, but not not  necessarily right away.  I don't appreciate difficult communication.

I'm very pleased with the work they do and the services they provide, I will continue to use them for the upcoming year.

I won't use them again.  I explained that I wanted the leaves all taken up.  They left at least 30% of the leaves.  My wife was here, and she ended up paying them anyway.  That was the only downside.  They did well on everything else, but I didn't appreciate that.

I signed up for a yearly contract and so far am quite pleased with the service that I have received. During the initial cleanup, I was quite impressed that they also took care of the trimming of the shrubs.  They have since been back twice for biweekly lawn mowing as well as other times for fertilization. They are a bit more expensive than a lawn mowing service I used previously but compared to the previous service I'm getting a lot more for my dollars.  They are very professional. The dollar amount provided is for the yearly contract.

I have a long-tem contract with them. My experience with them has been hassle free. I haven?t had to worry about anything.

Dennis came out and gave me a quote on taking care of our 3 properties. Every week, the same employees come out, mow our lawns, trim back hedges and bushes, blow away leaves, and do anything that needs to be done. They also aerate, seed, fertilize, landscape, etc. If you are looking for a new weekly or monthly lawn service... you should definiately give them a call for quote. It's worth it!
