MARKUS NICHOLS WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH FINDING A SOLUTION TO REPAIRING THE BACKER BOARD INSTALLED INCORRECTLY BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR; WITH OUT HAVING TO REMOVE IT AND START OVER. MARKUS AND HIS EMPLOYEES SOLVED MY PROBLEMS, DID GREAT WORK, LEFT MY HOUSE VERY CLEAN, AND MY FLOORING LOOKING GREAT. I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER JOB.
