About us

Carolina Consulting Inc. Home & Building Inspections is a locally owned and operated company We have performed hundreds of home inspections. We will provide you a throuogh detailed home inspction with pictures. Your report will be delivered via e-mail within hours of the Home Inspection. Our fees are based on total sq.ft. (heated & unheated). We provide every home with a FREE 100 day limited home warranty. I'm a member of interNACHI in good standing. Re-inspections fees are based off of the reports summary, minimun fee is $125. All of Angie's List members will recieve a $50 discount off of a home inspection that is paid at time of inspection.

His name is Kim Myers. It costed me $300. It was $360 but he did not have to check something so he sent back $60. I got a recommendation from a friend. I buy houses and rent them. I try to build relationships with all these people so I don?t have to find them when it is hard for me to get them up there.
