The carpet had a sever stain left over from construction on my bathroom. He came in on time an was doubtful that he could remove the stain which was 3 ft wide and 15 ft long from the bathroom entrance to the bedroom entrance. he said he did the best he could do but said we would most likely have to replace the carpet. It took three days for the carpet to dry but afterwards there was no stain and the carpet looked brand new. What an awesome job! Price was reasonable as well.

They did an excellent job and were hard working. It's the owner that came and he was super responsive and scheduled the same week and did get the stains out of the couch and was extremely reasonably priced.

Provider seemed to be in a bad mood and was throwing things around. Carpet in one bedroom looks exactly the same as prior to cleaning, maybe worse. The sofa and loveseat were done poorly with dirt remaining in spots. Applied cleaner on the sofa and loveseat and was carless in the application spilling chemical on the floors which required clean up after his departure. The ratings looked good, however it was the worst job I've ever paid for.

The carpet was heavily stained with a huge old black stain which looked like oil I said that I was sure that it wouldn’t come out I did say although the carpet had many stains it would look one hundred percent better which it did. I don’t understand your dissatisfaction with the upholstery after I completed your sofa and you inspected it and asked me to another sofa that was not included on the original estimate ? I take pride in my customer service which is in the 99 percentile of over 300 hundred total reviews I have accumulated"

Carolina Clean did a wonderful job, very quick and efficient, with a good quality of work. The carpet was dried within 4 hours making it convenient. He also moved some furniture around for us so he could get more of the floor. Even asked for me to do a review of the job before he left to ensure he got every spot. Would definitely recommend.

It was good. He was on time. He did a good job. The only bad thing was that they used a strong perfume.
