Met with salesman in the store approximately 2 weeks before installation. Reviewed options for replacing carpeting in a home that was going to be put on the market, including carpet style, fiber, pad and price point.. Set up an appointment to meet salesman at the house with relevant carpet samples. Salesman measured room sizes while I made color and style selection that day. I then returned to the store to place order and put !/2 of the carpet and installation price down with a credit card.
Carpet was shipped within one week and appointment made to install carpet as soon as it came in. The only glitch was that the carpet was supposed to have arrived within 2-3 days, but it was delayed due to mis-communication with trucking company.
Carpet installation was prompt and excellent. No damage to walls or baseboards noted. All old carpeting and pad were removed. It would have been nice if installers had a small upright vacuum to pick up carpet pile pieces that inevitably will be created when carpet replacement work is done. I don't know if other carpet companies do this or not. Despite this one minor issue, I am thoroughly happy with their product and performance.
Their current location on South Blvd. is difficult to find. I would recommend calling company first to get directions before going to their storefront for the first time.

At the end of the day, Carolina Carpet One carpet installers tracked mud onto our newly installed carpet. They also failed to leave us our carpet remnants - even after we called multiple times in an effort to collect it.
We will NEVER, EVER use Carolina Carpet One again.
