Description of Work: I used the services of David Jackson, Carolina Carpentry & Construction to install a new cooker range and microwave in my kitchen. The service was completed with 100% professionalism, at my convenience and at a very attractive price. David also worked with my schedule when the new items were delivered and even reinstalled the microwave unit for a second time after the first unit failed due to a manufacturing defect from the OEM, at no additional charge. Overall a very good experience and I would use this company again for other jobs.

Description of Work: Our family has grown, so we have had a huge renovation done to our home. This company pretty much chopped off the top of our house and rebuilt a whole second floor for us. They redid a bathroom, built a playroom, and renovated our kitchen. Their work included installing plumbing, putting on a new roof, running electric wires throughout our walls, and installing lighting. They also put in quite a few cabinets, did some tiling work, and put in some hardwood floors.

Description of Work: Carolina Carpentry & Construction remodeled our existing main bathroom by tearing out the old floor and adding new vinyl tile flooring. They installed a new bathtub & shower liner to our existing shower and tub. They also built a new master bathroom/ closet addition to our home totaling approximately 16 foot by 20 foot of space. They installed a new toilet and a new shower/ bathtub combo, a new toilet and a new double sink cabinet combo.

Description of Work: Carolina Carpentry and Construction broke out our back wall and built out to about 16 feet beyond our existing structure. They built on an L-shaped dining room, kitchen, and living room. They also built us a new laundry room. The whole project added 700 square feet to our home.

Description of Work: Carolina Carpentry built two bedrooms and a bathroom which added about 800 square feet to our home. This increased the size of our home to around 3000 square feet. They also built a screen porch, refinished some hardwood flooring and sided the exterior of our house with hardy plank wood siding.

Description of Work: We had an addition that was 800 square feet. There were also renovations that touched every piece of the house that is 3600 square feet. There was demolition and repairs through out the walls, electrical work, molding, drywall, ceilings, light fixtures, etc.

Description of Work: Carolina Carpentry & Construction prepared and constructed a 20 x 30 wood frame detached garage at our house. This was a major job involving the removal of trees to the leveling of the ground before the actual construction of the garage even began.

Description of Work: I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND PUT A DOOR ON OUR BONUS ROOM. THE WORK INVOLVED DRYWALLING AND THEN HANGING THE DOOR. I CALLED DAVID JACKSON SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE EVER GETTING AHOLD OF HIM, AND THEN, AFTER HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE, HE WAS TOO BUSY TO COME OVER AND ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE WORK. I TOLD HIM I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HIM DO THE WORK. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME WITHIN THE WEEK TO SET UP A TIME TO DO THE WORK, SINCE HE COULD FIT IN BETWEEN SOME OF HIS OTHER WORK. HE STILL HASN'T CALLED BACK, AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH.

DRYWALLED AN UNFINISHED LAUNDRY ROOM, TILED LAUNDRY ROOM FLOOR. LEVELED A VERY CROOKED CONCRETE SLAB AFFECTING FAMILY ROOM AND OFFICE. TILED BRICK FIREPLACE. REPLACED MUCH OLD TRIM AROUND DOORS AND FLOORS. INSTALLED NEW 6-PANEL DOORS THROUGHOUT HOUSE, WITH ALL NEW HARDWARE. INSTALLED NEW 6-PANEL CLOSET DOORS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. INSTALLED NEW CLOSET ORGANIZERS IN ALL CLOSETS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. INSTALLED NEW SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND TRIM.
