He explained to me what happened he had to replace something and I'm not really sure what but now the noise stopped and everything works fine. But the noise it was making was something you don't want to hear from an appliance. I will absolutely use them again. Like I said, you call them and they will be there the next day. I have even showed them the afternoon on the day I called.

I used to call them when I get in trouble. They came out, replaced the part and everything worked fine. I think they took about 30 minutes and they were gone. What they do is they service all brands of different appliances so if you have appliances ... if something go wrong with one of your appliances that is not big enough to replace the appliance. They come out, they fix it and they do not charge a nominal egg to do it. They are very efficient. They clean up after their selves and then they go. They have worked on that and worked on my dryer. I had them out twice once in October and once in the end of July. They came out for the dryer and the dishwasher. These were reasonably, mannerly repairs but there's something I couldn't do because they certainly  didn't want to replace the appliance. They're very, very good on things like that and I would recommend them to anyone who needs something like that and people are always needing things like that unless you have a handyman husband or your are a handywoman yourself. I give them As across the board. I will absolutely use them again. I keep their record on my refrigerator.

We did have some problems with Carolina Appliance Service. The work itself is very good. It was more of communication issues. We called them out to do some work on the refrigerator. The guy came out one day because it was frozen up. He asked me to bring the fridge out, let it fall out and he’ll come back out the next day. Apparently he had personal issues. He had to leave town for a couple of days which we perfectly understand however nobody from the office called to let us know that. I had to find out myself. They were very courteous on the phone. I was just a little bit disappointed that nobody called in advanced. They did not send anyone else, I get the feeling it’s a small company. They may not have a lot of reps. I perfectly understood the issue. They were able to give me some interactions so I may be able to use through the weekend but it would have been nice that I got the phone call. The work itself is fine. We have an unusual brand. The refrigerator is not the typical and they were the only person in Angie’s list that serviced it.

They did great on the ice maker but I also asked Carolina Appliance Service to fix my washing machine because it was making a noise when it agitated and they guy said that he didn't know what was wrong with it and for me to call the manufacturer.
