We had no hot water. Carolina finest worked with warranty provider and provided fast and punctual service. High quality work and extremely responsive and professional.

They were called to check a leak outside the house but they didn't know what it was. But they determined my toilets were leaking so they replaced the units & they way overcharged. They did tell me the price in advance but I already had them there so will never use them too expensive.

Carolina?s Finest Plumbing replaced two water heaters in my home. Later we found out that the soldering at one of the pipe fittings was faulty and spraying water. Because the water heaters were behind a panel, it was one month before the leak was noticed. There was a large amount of water and mold damage as a result. The company at first admitted that they had installed the water heaters improperly.  They did repair the water heater.  However, when dealing with our insurance company, they denied that they were responsible for the resultant water and mold damage. (I have just recently found out that they fought this insurance claim in arbitration court.) I can accept that people make mistakes, as they did in their installation. But for them to later deny responsibility because it might affect their insurance ratings, I find that despicable. Of course I will never trust that company again. I encourage all others to stay far away from Carolina? Finest Plumbing. Their plumbing is lousy, and their ethics are much worse.

When arrived he said that his name was Teddy Brown and the son who owner  of Carolina's Finest  and asked what the problem was.  I explained that we had a loss of some of the water presser at the north end of the house.  He explained the process that he would do to fine the problem.  Which he did.  After crawling out from under the house he ran are door bell.  He I opened the door he explained that feed cold water pipe has deteriorated and needs to be replaced. He explained that he would cut the water supply off and cut a length of the pipe where the leak was.  He would replace the piper with plastic length of  a certified water pipe.   The old pipe was copper and had decelerated over time.  He gave us an estimated of the cost of the pipe and the labor cost and also suggested we replace some of the other copper pipe.   We decided to hold off the replacing the other pipes.   We agreed and he started the worn pipe.

Response was very good and timely. Work was time consuming due to galvanized pipe, etc. Worker arrived at 3:48 and left after 5 pm.

We live in a rental home and notified our Maintenance Dept. of a leak in our master bath toilet and they contacted Carolina's Finest Plumbing on our behalf. We received a call on Monday evening and Robert and Mike arrived early the following morning as promised. They were very professional and fixed the toilet quickly. They also inspected our other bathroom's toilet and said we would eventually experience the same problem with it. Robert attempted to contact our Maintenance Dept. for permission to correct the other toilet as well but were unable to reach them. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

In January or February, I was receiving high water bills. I called them to come out again. They couldn't find any leaks. They then gave me an estimate to replace my main water line for $2200. I finally found out today that when they replaced the faucet, it was broken. I have been paying for their mistake ever since.

arrived on time. didn't leave until job was finished. Took a little longer to do job because he didn't have the exact bathroom faucet that I wanted. Had to wait for someone at office to bring it to job site. I was totally satisfied with complete job. would use this company again in the future.

We found that our 15-plus yr old water heater had a leak, so decided to replace it. Carolina's Finest responded to our call within a few hours. Robert was friendly and professional, and gave us a quick quote for the 50 gallon rheem which we wanted - he also included cost of an expansion tank and sediment filter to bring the system up to code. We thought that was kind of expensive but it was actually 10% or so less than a previous quote we had gotten, so we went ahead and had them do the work.

Robert and his helper were able to get started right away. They got the work done quickly and finished in about 3 hours. Robert patiently answered all of our questions about the new heater/expansion tank. He gave us $50 as a senior discount. In addition to the manufacturer warranty, Carolinas finest guarantees their parts/labor for 1 year.
We were very happy with their service and would certainly call them again for future work!

I needed a construction cap removed from our line and the company gave a free estimate over the phone (which is apparently rare). They came early and were very professional and let me know every step of the way. They also stuck to the estimate and there were no hidden fees which was great. I would definitely use them again! A+

No problems with quality of work. I thought the price was a bit high. Price was as quoted however. I already had them doing work on my other house that I rent out, so I had them do the work on this house for efficiency of my time.

Very quick to respond in service. No problems with unit since installation. I thought the price was high, but I did not shop around. Price was as they quoted. I just went ahead with work since they were already on site inspecting as a service call and did not want to pay that over again to get someone else out there. It is about a 18 mile drive for a service provider, so it was efficient to go ahead with them while they were there. Two men were provided to do the work, as it was an attic installation, which is reasonable.

Robert and his helper did all the work in one day and got the city inspector out the next day to approve thier work. We were without sewer for only a short time. Filled in trench and tried thier best not to ruin shrubs around the area. Cleaned up the site after. Barricaded the sidewalk with power digger and roped off the trench. Quickly responded to to 2 requests by me to change things. Surpirsed that the charge was not more.

Overall, the experience went well. They did a great job, but they were extremely expensive. The approximate cost only includes the service call and labor. Everything else was great; the technicans arrived promptly and completed the work in a timely manner.

They are great. They have come out twice. The first time we called them was after hours for an emergency and they came out, which was huge for us. There is a minimum service charge to come out. I had called them later for another issue and they said because it wasn't the pipes, they were not the right ones.

They came out on a Sunday, everybody we talked to reminded us that the labor cost was double, due to being on a weekend day (which was really appreciated). Installed new water heater, redid the shut off values to more dependable ones and hauled old one away.
