I just completed a HARP refincace with Sebonic Financial and I was very pleased with the entire process. They had a team of people working with me on the entire process which made communication, speed of process better and peace of mind for me. I always got answers to my questions if not imediately in a timely manner. I would especially like to thank my final processor Jessica Coffin. Jessica worked through the Christmas and New Years Holdiays to make sure my loan funded by Jan 3. Without her extra effort my rates would have gone up. I can't say enough about her and Sebonic Financial they are exceptional!

Everything was fast and professional. They promised closing with 21-25 days and they delivered on day 23. Uploading all of the documents was very easy. All of the people I spoke with on the phone were very helpful. I would recommend this company to other users.

This is my second experience with Sebonic. 1st a new loan and 2nd a refi. In both cases they were very professional and well organized. My loan officer Carlos Tavel was extraordinarily helpful and was engaged all along the way. Sebonic has a very organized approach to gathering the info for the loan. They give you access to a web portal which will allow you to see what documents are being requested and keeps track of what you have provided. Many of the loan documents that you would normally sign and return via fax/email to the lender are simply e-signed on the portal and nothing for you to print out. When the Sebonic processor needs additional information they send you and email and a link for you to sign back into the portal. The people processing the loan are very flexible in allowing to either upload scanned documents like bank statements or tax returns direct to the portal or you can just fax them direct to the loan processor. On one of the two loans, the appraiser took 2 weeks to get the report submitted. My loan officer followed up and made sure that the loan closing would be extended beyond the lock period with no penalties to us and honored the original lock rate. On the second loan we did with Sebonic they gave us their lowest 15 yr rate and waived the origination fees because of being a repeat client. On the first loan, the appraisal came in much lower than expected by all parties. The seller would not budge on the selling price. My loan officer worked with us to arrange a second appraisal at a much reduced cost and reimbursed by the seller to get the deal back on track. All this was done while preserving our locked in rate and extending the closing date with no penalty to us. The loan processors, coordinators and loan officers are extremely polite, professional, well organized and courteous. For those of you will bad experiences with other lenders like myself with Wells Fargo or Pleasant Valley Mortgage (now out of biz), you will be surprised at how well getting a loan or refi done can be. I highly recommend Sebonic and I would use them again.

I have refinanced my mortgage a few times over the years. My refinancing experience with Sebonic Financial is the best of all. The interest rate and closing cost are the best that I could find. My loan officer, Carlos Tavel, responded to my questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and made sure my issues were quickly resolved. I find it annoying that I had to scan some documents to them more than once, but this is a small price to pay for the savings. I applied on October 28 and closed on November 23, 2013 ( less than 30 days) at my home on a Saturday evening. I will definitely use Sebonic again and recommend them for those who are comfortable sending and receiving information online.

We were contacted by Sebonic Financial as a result of an internet inquiry regarding financing to purchase our new home. Their approach and performance was professional, thorough and knowledgeable every step of the way. We worked with several point people as we moved through the process, each clearly communicating their role and what would be needed from us. Sebonic Financial is probably the best mortgage broker I have worked with. The process was all electronic and so simple. They were on top of their game through every step of the process. My loan officer, Mike, was simply outstanding. They also came in below the GFE on all costs and closed on time! Sebonic was able to offer the best rate on the market. They were literally a ¼ to ½ point below their competitors. They are efficient, pleasant to work with and helpful through each phase of the process. They are extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely do business with them in the future!

OUTSTANDING!!! This was probably the smoothest refinance I have ever experienced. Sebonic handled both of my refinance cases extremely professionally. They are very efficient and were able to handle this very complex refinancing scenario with ease and grace. We had one hiccup on closing day, but my loan officer, Dean, was checking his email on his day off and was able to get the loan to closing with little delay. I am extremely impressed at the professionalism of this company. They have the best rates on the market. I am convinced it is because they are so incredibly efficient and thereby reduce their overhead. But that is just a guess. No one can match Sebonic's rates! I really felt I was in good hands every step of the way. As my loan was passed from team to team, my loan officers were always available for support and to answer questions. Each phase of the process I encountered very nice, professional, supportive people. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely do business with them in the future!

Sebonic made the process very fast and easy. Email communication was timely and clear. Portal was easy to use and reliable. Closing representative came to our house which was very convenient.

Very port at communicating status of loan processing. Asked repeatedly when I would be able to close, all they would say was "we're doing our best". Missed two closing dates and had to pay points for extending the rate lock.

When I initially contacted Sebonic Financial, I was desperate. Rates were only a day away from a rapidly higher increase and I had been working with a lender for about 2 mths who (in my gut) I just didn't trust. I spoke with Adam Lane and he immediately made me feel comfortable. He wasn't a "fast talking salesman" and I felt absolutely no pressure or stress as I was speaking to him. After completing my application and submitting all the necessary documents, he locked my rate and the rest was smooth sailing. My next point of contact was with Amanda Lavelle...she was wonderful and extremely responsive to my questions, emails, and phone calls. She made sure all of my documents were submitted to the underwriter in a timely manner. Finally, in under 30 days after my initial contact with Sebonic, Eryn Amini contacted me with a request for additional items from the underwriter. I submitted everything she requested and *over the Thanksgiving holiday*, Eryn worked on my loan and told me I was ready to pick a closing date. I could not have asked for a smoother, stress-free process. From start to finish I was treated like my loan was their top priority. I HIGHLY recommend Sebonic Financial. They are an A+ company with exemplary professional!!!

I have recently refinanced my home with Sabonic and I could not be any happier with their service and professionalism. My initial contact/loan officer Sarah Harper was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The one thing I liked that she did not try to rush me to make my decision to go with them, which some of the other lenders I was dealing with tried to do. She was quick to response to my emails and got back to me in due time. Also their rate was the best among the 3/4 lenders I was talking to so that was definitely a big plus. I liked the clear and easy process of submitting loan related documents. I was kept informed at each steps of the loan process. After my loan was approved I was moved through few others like Desiree Gasior, Desiree Bare, all of them helped to make my loan application move quickly to meet the rate lock period. I liked the quickness and the assembly line concept. They gave me the option to choose my own title company to close or go with their preferred title company. I went with their preferred title company JMC Title Agency and they were excellent as well. I never dealt with online home lenders before so at the beginning I was little hesitant but now I will highly recommend Sabonic to my friends and family.

Excellent!! Their rate was the best we found. Their representatives were responsive, friendly, and very helpful. There were several times they stayed on the line with us and helped us navigate through some of the pages we had questions about. They got the loan pushed through on time and without any problems. We would definitely use them again, and will recommend them to all our friends and family.

From the beginning, Sebonic was helpful. They were also the lowest cost. The paperwork was considerable, but understandable. I never felt lost in their system. The closing went well. Sebonic even followed up within 10 days to check to make sure we were happy. I would use them again.

I was looking to refinance a rental property I owned in order to reduce the term. Most lenders would not even give a quote on a rental property, and those that did offered a much higher mortgage rate with higher fees. Sebonic offered the lowest rate and lowest fees, plus were extremely easy to work with. Online document submission was easy, and there was always someone to talk to if I needed help. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Mortgage process was easy as it should be!

Very Well. They worked to get financing in a difficult situation of a condo that was unwarranted. They applied to FNMA and received an exception and allowing me to by the condo. They are professional helpful and have a great knowledge of the mortgage market.

They did a very good job. There were some small communication issues but everything was clarified rapidly. They were able to move up the closing by a week with little notice and even the title agent complimented them.

Gregg Scharin and Eryn Etemad-Amini at Sebonic did a great job of lining up and finalizing our mortgage for our newhome in Greenville. Sebonic provided the best rates for the lowest fees of several companies that we checked with!. The loan process went smoothly and it was pretty easy to to upload documents and information via the internet. E-signing worked well, for documents were that was an option. I would highly recommend Gregg and his team at Sebonic.

It was excellent. At first I was skeptical because it was online. It was easy doing everything online. The whole thing took 28 days. The terms were exactly as stated.

I am speaking from experience because I was once a mortgage loan originator. Sebonic was prompt, informative throughout the refinance process. Their mortgage refinance terms were the best I have seen of all the many mortgage companies I looked at. The rate and terms of the loan are a much better deal than all the other lenders, with the added benefit of excellent customer service and follow up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone refinancing their mortgage.

It was a done deal in 18 days they are such a remarkable company and I mean they know what they are doing especially for veterans! Please tell everyone you know that has a home about sebonic financial!
