Description of Work: Complete renovation of master bath - new floor, new double vanity with new granite, sinks, and plumbing fixtures. Included moving location of shower and expanding it to large walk-in shower. Also added a linen closet. Replaced large window and added exterior Bahama shutter. The construction went well and as planned - and Josh Canter was great to work with. Followed up with us promptly on a few small things. He was eager to make sure we were completely satisfied. We also added painting of the master bedroom while his guys were here and were very pleased with them, the price, and the neatness of the painting job.

 + 0 moreI really like his work. He is a perfectionist and very meticulous about his work. He hires very good workers and they are always on time. If he tells you it is going to take six weeks it takes six weeks. I have never heard of anyone being dissatisfied with his work.
Description of Work: I had most of my home remodeled. They did a complete remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms. They knocked down walls to open up the house a little more. They also re-routed the electrical, heating and a/c, and plumbing when it was needed.

 + -1 moreThe overall experience went well. The contractor had some unforeseen issues that caused some delays in the time line. These issues were related to the age of the home and the way it was constructed. None of these issues were insurmountable, but it did add a little time to the overall plan.
Description of Work: Expanded and remodeled my tiny, stuck in the 50s, master bathroom.

 + -1 moreHome remodeling was almost completed when we purchased it. Contractor made all changes requested before purchase was completed. Only major change was replacement of remaining two wire electrical wiring with three wire (with grounding conductor). We have been in the house since May with no problems.
Description of Work: Purchased home originally built in 1956 that was totally remodeled by Canter Jennings, Inc.
