I really like his work. He is a perfectionist and very meticulous about his work. He hires very good workers and they are always on time. If he tells you it is going to take six weeks it takes six weeks. I have never heard of anyone being dissatisfied with his work.

The overall experience went well. The contractor had some unforeseen issues that caused some delays in the time line. These issues were related to the age of the home and the way it was constructed. None of these issues were insurmountable, but it did add a little time to the overall plan.

Home remodeling was almost completed when we purchased it. Contractor made all changes requested before purchase was completed. Only major change was replacement of remaining two wire electrical wiring with three wire (with grounding conductor). We have been in the house since May with no problems.
