Our initial consult was with Morgan.  She was very friendly and professional.  She met us at our home to look at the closet, she then designed a plan for us and went over all the details and options.  It was a great layout and very efficient use of space.  A few weeks later the closets were ready and we set up the install.  The install was one day and the installers were also very friendly and professional.  We did have a question once they left about placement of one section and they responded immediately to correct the problem.  They went above and beyond after as well to ensure we were pleased with the end product, and we were.  The closets look great and we love them!

I worked with Morgan- she was so friendly and patient with me and the process was very easy and smooth. She was very patient with me in the sense that I was waiting on some inheritance money to clear which took several months. Although expensive, it is my dream space, and I don't have any regrets!

We were very happy with the results from our engagement with California Closets. The company may seem expensive, but what you are paying for is the quality of the products they install and the smoothness of the process. We basically picked out our design the first time a rep came to the house; she was able to show us on her tablet how the finished closet would look. The install itself went very smoothly, with the team showing up right on time and cleaning up completely at the end. We are in Asheville, so this job had the added complication of the drive from Charlotte to Asheville, but that never appeared to be a significant obstacle. I'd recommend California Closets, just keep in mind that this is not an inexpensive solution but one which should provide a very nice product and a worry-free process.

I could live in my closet. It is exquisite. My kids say it looks like a mall and it does. Whitney Hahn, my contact, was so responsive and so was her team. Hilly recommend!

We had a very good experience from start to finish. We were looking to upgrade without breaking the bank. After consulting with a few companies, it was obvious that there were no cheap options. It came down to our consultant's willingness to work with us and cut out the extraneuos items. In the end, I believe she saved us about $500-$1000. The installation was quick. Once completed, we did find a couple minor problems. After a follow up call, they came out quickly to make everything right.

They are very professional. Kelsey (the sales person) does a great job of listening to what I would like to achieve in each closet. She designs it accordingly and always hits it right on. The installer was also very professional, neat, clean and in and out in half of a day.

They worked out good for us. They were very clean and very professional. Their design was perfect and the recommendations were perfect for what we needed. They were prompt with the installation and were there when they said they were going to be. There was no problem I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

Our sales rep. did an excellent job of working with us to ensure that the final product was exactly what we wanted. I originally met with him in December of 2006. Due to the holidays and family emergencies for both him and me, we weren't able to finalize the plans until April 2007. Installation occurred in May 2007. Installers were professional and easy to work with. The only hitch in the whole process was that during the installation of the home office cabinetry, the installers realized that one of the cabinet doors did not fit. A new door was re-ordered which also did not fit. The door was again reordered, but it arrived with the wrong front panel. Finally, the correct door arrived and was installed mid-July. The whole process just took longer than anticipated, but I have to say that the sales rep and the installers were understanding and apologetic. The final product looks fabulous and has added tremendously to the value and enjoyment of our home.

Little pricey but they do a great job. Worked with Michelle Sanders. She did a great job with the design and was flexible with all of the changes I wanted to make. The installers, Eric and Scott, were friendly, reliable, and courteous. Would definitely work with them again.

Michelle Abercrombie was the Design Consultant we used and she is really great to work with. We liked her design and had a few changes which she was able to make without any hesitation. We will definitely use Michelle for any future closets we want to have designed and organized. The guys cleaned up after themselves. Also, the customer service is great with California Closets.

Sandy did the measurements and designing for us and after her second visit we worked out a plan that gave us over twice the hanging room for clothes than we had in our old closet located in another room. Also she brought to our attention that hanging space costs less than shelf space. There were some delays due to the odd layout of the closet causing measurement discrepancies (three trips by the installers) but they did a first class job and showed up when they said they would. Their work is guaranteed for life and I think that this kind of job would stretch the resources of even an accomplished do-it-yourselfer. The price, at just over $1,000, was both competitive and, after seeing the quality of the work, both a good value and investment.

Fantastic, so worth the money. Michelle and her associate worked with me like they were a couple of close girlfriends. They really knew their product. No long wait for installation, less than 4 business days (I think) Installation was a pleasure, installer worked from 10 am to 4pm and was clean, quiet and very polite. Overall we love the system, we have the cognac finish and it looks so high end. Pieces are sturdy and well made and the laundry hamper is wonderful.

KEELY MONROE CAME OUT AND WAS JUST SO HELPFUL AND EXCITED ABOUT OUR JOB. SHE CAME UP WITH A CUSTOM DESIGN THAT WORKED FOR US. AFTER THE INSTALLATION, WE HAD A COUPLE OF ADJUSTMENTS AND SHE WAS OUT HERE TO TAKE CARE OF THEM RIGHT AWAY. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AS WE DO THE REST OF THE CLOSETS IN OUR HOME!

MICHELLE CAME OUT TO OUR HOME AND MEASURED AND DESIGNED THE SYSTEMS. SHE IS SO FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND CREATIVE. TIM AND THEO CAME OUT AND INSTALLED THE CLOSETS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE IN OUR HOME FOR TWO WHOLE DAYS. THEY ARE VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WHOLE TEAM IS OUTSTANDING. WOULD DEFINITELY ASK FOR THESE THREE BY NAME. THEY ARE JUST GREAT!!

THEY WERE THE LOWEST OF FOUR BIDDERS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF BOOKSHELVES. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT.
