+ -1 moreWE CONTRACTED WITH HIM, AND HE WAS SUPPOSED TO PUT DOWN ALL THE CHEMICALS. HE DID WELL IN THE BEGINNING, BUT THEN BEGAN TO FAIL TO SHOW UP. HE IS NOT FULFILLING THE CONTRACT AND FOLLOWING UP WITH PROMISED WORK.
Description of Work: THEY DID FERTILIZATION AND SEEDING.
