Brian was referred from a B&B owner in NC. I lived in Florida & planned a trip to NC to look at homes in Sept 05. He spoke with me on the phone & met me when I arrived with my husband to househunt. I had an unreasonable wish or dream list and a plethora of MLS listings printed off the web, I wanted to see. He only showed us exact matches. Brian knew we were not going to buy that visit and he drove us all over from Matthews to Mint Hill, Weddington, Huntersville & S.Charleston, two days & treated us to lunch. His candor was refreshing. He was not a phony. We fell in love with a house & we were determined to purchase before selling our FL home. He referred us to 3 mortgage brokers & an inspector. He even suggested places to stay and to eat. He kept in touch with us & even waited for our furniture in NC when we were in Fl when the purchase was done. He mailed us keys & even wrapped up a great cottage purchase for my elderly parents. Brian was happy to do favors or even small repairs.
