I suggest callign and asking him if he is a full time realtor, when I called him he indicated that he wasnt able to help me out and that he for one reason or another wasnt doign realty anymore, waste of my time and a bad first impression for angies list as a service.

Brian came in after the potential buyer saw my home.  He was very helpful working with me directly to secure all the necessary documentation, property searches and home inspections.  He was very responsive insuring we stayed on schedule.  Although he was not representing me during this transaction, he was very easy to work with.  As a result the sale went off without a hitch.

Brian is very professional, honest, and his knowledge of the market is outstanding. He listed our home during this challanging market, and has provided excellent, above average customer service and direction. He is someone who provideds alot of added value with his marketing tools, and his follow up is quick. If you are looking to sell, or buy a home, your search is over with Brian. When my husband and I relocated to Charlotte we began our search for our first home. We were becoming frustrated shopping for houses on our own but we had met several real estate agents and they all seemed a bit?. slimy; like used car salesmen or something. Right from the first, we could tell Brian was different. He came to our first meeting loaded with useful information. All of the Saturdays he spent with us (and there were many) he came prepared with sheets on each house we would be seeing and info on the neighborhood. He is like a walking encyclopedia of useful information on real estate in general and the Charlotte market in particular, so most (if not all) of our questions he was able to answer on the spot. I cannot say enough good things about Brian. Not only is he a good person, but he is an excellent real estate agent. At every step of the way he has gone above and beyond what he needed to do. We did buy a house with his help and we couldn?t be more pleased. We are so happy with him that unless he moves away or stops being an agent, we will never use another agent again.

Brian was the consummate professional throughout the entire process. He was never pushy; he was attentive and understanding of our needs and desires in a first home. If I called him with a question, I would receive a phone call usually within the hour. He worked extremely hard to ensure that we had a quality home buying experience. He is very polite and really takes care of you. He is all about personal attention and makes you feel that you are not just another client. I cannot recommend him enough - whenever we sell our house, we know our guy! I will be recommending him in my personal and professional life whenever I get the opportunity to do so. Brian is great. He listened to us and the only agenda he had was to help us find the home that met our needs.. He was professional, knowledgeable, organized and always responsive.When we looked at homes he pointed out issues we didn't see ourselves. He helped us to identify houses that were going to be more work than we'd planned. We hit some snags at the end on the seller side. Brian always kept a positive attitude and gave us alternatives and options. He backed us one hundred percent in what we chose to do, never once trying to sway us one way or the other. He certainly has expertise in real estate. But what I think sets him apart from other agents I have worked with is that Brian really wants his clients to find that fit they are looking for in a home. And he wants to take as much of the worry and burden off of you as possible. In fact, when we went for our walk thru before closing, Brian actually entered the crawl space to verify that repairs had been made. He returns calls promptly, he makes sure you understand the process, he offer suggestions. Brian is confident in what he does which allows the client to concentrate on making a sound decision. We can trust him. Even after closing, Brian has followed through on his promises to get the repairs completed properly.

Overall our experience with Brian has been phenomenal. Brian was referred to us by our Realtor in California in July 2006, when we decided to relocate. Brian provided information about areas in North Carolina for us to consider. He set appointments to see homes in Brian was instrumental in ensuring that we get the home we wanted. Even when we encountered delays with the sale of our California home and the home we wanted went off the market, Brian remained proactive and diligent. He was available to us when we needed him and he remained optimistic when we hit rough waters. This is not the first time we have purchased or sold a home, but it is the first time that we have had the privilege of working with such a dependable professional as Brian. When we first met Brian, we talked to him about the type of house we were looking for. He found us a bunch of listings in our price range and in the areas of Charlotte we liked. We spent a few days looking at houses and Brian really took the time to get to know us and our likes and dislikes. We returned to Boston and kept in touch with Brian often to go over new listings. When we found houses we liked Brian actually took the time to go preview the houses for us and even emailed us pictures of the interiors. This saved us so much time because when we'd fly down we would only have a few days to house shop before we had to return home. When we found our home Brian was very informative and assisted us with all the paperwork when making an offer and even after the closing he was so helpful. Brian really went above and beyond for us, as I'm sure he does for all his clients. He is truly a great guy & we had a lot of fun working with him. We couldn't have asked for a better move!

Brian was very thorough in his approach. When I first met him, he had already been out to see our house and spent some time in the neighborhood. Rather than discuss our house, he took me to see some other homes for sale in the neighborhood. What he was doing was showing me the "competition." He had done a CMA and gave us good comps. We set a time frame and decided where to spend money to get the house sold. He continued to keep us updated on the market as we progressed. When it came time to sell, we sold in less than a week for more than our asking price. Second home sold in less than a week. Again, I feel we had excellent comps and reasonable expectations for our area. New house - Brian was very keen on the type of house and area we were looking for. He asked a lot of pertinent questions and helped find a house that met both our needs and wants. We have been in the house five months now and are extremely pleased.

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Brian was very accessible and always found ways to work around my schedule. He made sure that I had all of the information I would ever need to make a sound decision on each house that I visited. He also was excellent about custom tailoring each trip based on my likes and dislikes of previous houses. I have recommended Brian to close friends who are also looking to buy and will continue to do so. I will also use Brian for any of my future housing needs.

Brian is a good communicator and constantly kept me up to date throughout the entire process. He asked questions and then listened to my needs. Even after I moved into my home, Brian continues to follow up with me. I always feel I can call him with future questions. I know he has many other clients but he made me feel as if I were the only one.
