Phil Bowen found a wiring issue created by another provider (note: I had already had 2 other techs at the house and they couldn't figure out).  I felt like the service was fairly priced and he was at my house within a day of my first call(very punctual).
I would certainly use them again -

Mr. Bowen was very prompt and seemed very helpful. We were initially satisfied since we were eager to have heat and the new gas pack provided that. In 2007, while still under warranty Mr. Bowen came and added coolant several times due to a leaking part while he waited for a replacement part. The last time that he came he said that he would pick up the part and get back with us. Over a period of six weeks he did not return our calls to his cell or business phones. We called another heating and air business. The owner found a couple of things not installed according to code. His assistant called the inspection office (we could hear the conversation) and found that it had never been inspected. He called the source of parts for the machine and found that Mr. Bowen had indeed picked up the part on September 7 and it had been covered by the warranty. When he called Mr. Bowen, Mr. Bowen said that he had the part and that it could be picked up from him if we wanted to do that.

We were not too impressed with the overall job that these guys did for us. Don't get us wrong, they were very kind and answered any questions we had for them about the job, but they just had to come back out a couple of times to fix some problems with the job they did. We did shop around and had a couple of other estimates but we found these guys to be the best in that category.

We were so upset by the time this job was completed. We were told by this company that inspected our fireplace that we could not have the gas logs. They said that our mantle was not compatible with the gas logs. We felt that we were treated very badly. The gentleman actually became argumentative and short. My mother has the same kind of mantle and she has gas logs. We finally were able to convince them to install the logs. Their price was not the best quote we had received. They were supposed to come back the next day to do the work but they called and had to reschedule. We definitely do not feel that they were very professional.

We are very happy with their service. They were able to do all the work with no problems at all. We use our grill honestly three times a week and there has never been a gas leak. I think I paid around $500 give or take which I thought it was reasonable for the job.

We were referred by a friend after having difficulty getting anybody to even show up to our house. It is very hard to find technicians available in this area, let alone good ones. I honestly love that gas furnace he got for us. It works wonderful. I don't miss having oil delivered at all. It has ran perfect since day one. I plan to refer them to others.

One of the workers was a bit abrupt, but besides that, they were friendly and professional. We had a couple of minor issues after the new unit was installed, but they promptly came out to fix them, and we have not had any problems since. We were very pleased with the work that was done.

I was very pleased with their work. They did an excellent job. I would call them again in a heartbeat. They are reasonably priced beating all the other companies that I had quoted by $50 or $60. I just want to say that for the grading of their service, I am using my grading system and I do not give out very many A s. I would recommend them to others.

This company did a terrible job. We had such a bad gas leak that our house might as well just blew up. We were very lucky that it did not. I had to have them come back two times and still the work was not done correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they are not trustworthy. They do not do good work at all.

I though that they did a good job. It was only an hours worth of work and there was not too much to do. But overall the company is good and dependable. I would have them come to my house and refer them to other people as well. They really make sure to be personable when they are there for a short time. But that makes a lasting impression.

Bowen Air installed our new gas log in just a matter of hours. The new log looks really nice and is working well too. They did a great job and we enjoyed using them to help us. They are a really nice company with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We thought he did a good job getting the new vent in. We have brand new granite countertops and we were concerned about possible damage while installing it. It did take him a while to do the work but he did get it to fit in. I am however not sure it works that well. It could just be the product not the installer at fault, but it does work.

The above charge doesn't include a 69 dollar service charge. I liked that the owner came out. He was honest and knowledgeable and the price was very good.
