These guys are extremely honest, skilled, and fairly priced. It's a small family business and i'd certainly recommend them for any hvac problems.

We've used Boone twice - last summer (2009) for an evaporator coil replacement and recently for a compressor replacement. In both cases we called them and they were very responsive in coming out to our house, providing a fair estimate, interfacing with the Heil representative regarding warranty claims, and completing the repair in a timely and professional manner. They are a smaller company so service is personal although you do have to make concessions to real life (i.e. the main phone is manned by the primary repairmans wife and she is very responsive but does have to deal with picking up kids, etc... but forward the phone to her cell phone so they balance it very well). Don't expect a phone tree or to be transferred around a lot, which is nice.

Boone was great. Mr. Boone and his some came to my house and were professional and friendly. They quickly got to work and fixed my furnace in an expeditious manner. The price was reasonable and I was happy with their punctuality and service. They even patched a torn duct and did not charge me.

They are a family owned and operated business. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were prompt in their service.

Overall, it went well. Mr. Boone and his two sons were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and did a nice, clean install.

Since the new furnace has been installed, I noticed that my gas bill isn't that bad anymore. I feel it works quite well. The men did a fine job putting it in and then removing the old stuff. They left the area neat and clean and were nice men.

The owner is a very nice man. We had never used him before but we knew that he does good work because he has a good reputation. He did such a good job putting that new pump in. He also was very clean and did not leave any mess at all when he left. I just cannot remember what we paid for it since my spouse handled the bill.

This company has been in business for a long time, and they are very well known and respected. I have used them many times in the past. They showed up when they said that they would, and it only took them one day to have it installed. We have not had any problems with the new furnace at all.

REASONABLY PRICED. VERY HELPFUL. HONEST. $500.00 LESS THAN OTHER QUOTE.
