"Thanks you for your business, and the excellent review."
"Thank you for your continued business [Member Name Removed]!"
"We are sorry this is your opinion of your experience, in which we brought your 17yr old vehicle back from a TOTAL LOSS condition.. This is most definitely a one sided view, and we choose not to air our differences in public. Your vehicle was safely repaired back from total loss condition, at your request, in the most timely, cost effective manner there was utilizing only quality parts that were available. We do answer our phones, we do have a voice messaging system, we do return calls and emails, and we do stand behind the quality of our work."
"Thank you for the excellent review, and understanding that unlike many of our competitors, our focus will always be on quality over quantity."
"Thanks for the business [Member name]!"
"Thank you for the excellent review, and your commitment as a "forever" customer, although we hope you do not need our services too often!"
"Thank you for the excellent score!"
"We are sorry that this is your opinion of our shop. We do stand by our collision work with a guarantee, and will address any concerns that you have regarding the work that we were paid to perform. As of the last meeting with our co-owner, he did evaluate your concerns, and advised that your son's vehicle was due for maintenance items as a result of its high mileage. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible, as these were not included in the original collision repair, and would be routine mechanical maintenance items, usually performed at a dealer or service center."
"Thanks for taking the time to post your review, we appreciate the business!"
"Thanks for the great review, it was our pleasure."
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for the business and kind words, Yes, some insurance companies can be very difficult to deal with, that's why its important to choose a shop with "YOUR" best interests in mind, not one that is "APPROVED" by the insurance company. Team Body Works Plus"
"J, thanks for the validation. We don't believe that we "lost" a job by evaluating your vehicle correctly, thus resulting in a total loss, we believe in handling business correctly, which will result in positive reviews, and future business. Team Body Works Plus"
Body Works did "2" elements of repair, one was an insurance claim paid by the person who hit me. The second was was a "self pay" by me. There was the problem issue.
On the self pay work, several thing s occurred that were NOT impressive.
1. And the most important, when the owner was giving me the estimate, I show him two areas that needed attention , in addition to the specific scratches on the roof and side morrow that were to be repaired for what I considered at fairly stiff price $1,160.00. The two areas I show him were some minor key marks under the mirror that was to be repaired and the other a scratch on the rear bumper.
Now, I had had a fair amount of auto repair experience in my 72 years so I did not just ride in. I have a decent knowledge of what can be touched up with minor work and what requires real repair.
Bottom line, before I picked up my unit after (3 weeks) the owner called me and suggested that I "repaint" the rear bumper for an additional $400+?. I declined.
End of story, when I picked up my car I noticed three things.
!. The car had been wash the day before I picked it up and was now full of dust (not a big job to wipe it down before delivery)
2. The two small requests I had made during the initial estimate were not touched. When I asked about the rear bumper the owner admonished me "I called you and told you you should have it repainted" ignoring the fact that during the estimate process he responded to me with this "no problem, we will catch that for you.
3. When I deliver the car to get the work done, i8 specifically requested that they get some quotes to repair some rim damage on my Audi A7. Their response was definitely. After two weeks in the shop I inquired about the rim quotes etc. They forgot.
Having been a CEO of several publicly held companies in the service businesses, I fell in this case it was a situation of the owner ATTEMPTING TO SHOVE as much volume through the system without giving his customers the personal attention they deserve at his prices.
Thank you for listening.
"Thank you for your review, we continually monitor feedback so we may improve our customers experience. We welcome the opportunity to make any necessary corrections to your repair, please call the office to discuss with the owner. In addition, we encourage those reading this to read our many other reviews from extremely satisfied customers, whom have enabled us to achieve the Super Service Award 5 years in a row."
"[Member name removed], thanks for the positive review, and understanding the fact that the insurance company delayed your repair, not us. Team Body Works Plus"
The took pride in their work and the customer service was outstanding. If I ever have an auto accident, my car is going to Body Works Plus.

At the insurance company's request, I took my car in to BWP on a Monday. MeLisa checked me in and called Enterprise, the rental car company contracted by the insurance company. Enterprise came to pick me up, took me to their faciility on 9th Street and put me in a Jeep Patriot that smelled extremely musty. A couple of days later, I stopped by BWP to check on the progress of my repairs. While there I commented to MeLisa about how badly the Jeep smelled. Brian, the owner, came out from behind a partition and immediately got involved: he called Enterprise and interceded for me - long story short, I got a replacement vehicle. Brian's willingness to go a step beyond in providing personal service is commendable! During that same visit Brian took me to the repair area, showed me my vehicle under repair and told me that they had found hidden damage beyond what the insurance appraiser had noted. The service area was clean and well lit and the personnel very professional. As an added bonus, a small ding on the side of the car was repaired at no charge! I appreciated receiving daily text messages updates on the repair progress.
My car was cleaned it inside and out prior to returning it to me and repaired to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend BWP.
My ONLY takeaway is they have a great tool that allows you to check the status of your repairs online but in my case, it wasnt fully utilized to its potential. It had been a few days after I dropped off my car and no updates so I decided to send a message. MeLisa was very prompt and informed me there was a delay in getting a part, when it was arriving, etc and after we hung up, posted some pictures of the progress of my car (she had no bumper....oh the pain)...
If you have but one place to take your car for repairs......Take it to Bodyworks LLC.....I'm glad I did..
