Generally, I am not one to do reviews but felt in this case I must? For years, we have wondered what to do with our tufted wool rugs? Lennox - our Yorkie (may she rest in peace) loved to sneak in our dining room and our foyer to? relieve herself. Well, we never cleaned them and until recently, they?ve been in storage. In moving to Charlotte, we found Bob's Oriental Rugs! It?s thanks to Bob?s Oriental Rugs, that it?s as if that never happened! Both rugs smell great and are free of years of stains. Both Bob and his son John are well versed in the proper ways to clean and care for our rugs and were very helpful in helping us decide which method of cleaning best suited our needs. Having recently moved we were contimplating new rugs but thankfully we were able to continue using these which we love. My dog had unfortunately been sick and pooped twice on this 100% wool rug. Very shaggy so it was a mess. I chose Bob’s as I don’t like using toxic chemicals. The rug came out looking like new and smelled great! I also got a new quality rug pad. Will trust them with all rugs going forward!

I brought my antique Persian runner to Bob’s for cleaning and repair of fringe. He did a marvelous repair on the frayed ends and the colors are much richer after the cleaning. I’m very pleased and will recommend them highly.

Bob’s Oriental Rugs did an amazing job cleaning my antique Persian rug! It had not been cleaned in a long while and now looks brand new. The colors are vibrant again and they evened the fringe. I’m very happy with their work. They also have a beautiful selection of Turkish and Persian rugs.

First time cleaning this forty year old rug my parents purchased on a trip to Turkey back in the 80’s. The fringe had gotten pretty ratty looking from endless assaults from the beater brush on Mom’s Hoover upright. Plus our puppy marked the rug several times leaving some stained areas on the rust color. The cleaning, restoring and shortening the fringe as well as blending the lighter color from the pee stains into the surrounding rust color all turned out to our complete satisfaction. Even the stains were so much improved that we did not see a need to custom dye those areas.

Also repair of fringe on carpet. Excellent job.

I needed a repair on the fringe of a family heirloom wool rug. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. The colors pop now and I am very glad we found them!

I have a variety of Turkish and Persian rugs that I have collected over the years. I also have 3 small dogs that on occasion have had accidents on these rugs. It just killed me to have damage on my rugs. I called Bob’s OrientL Rugs and they did a very professional job of cleaning my rugs. They are like new now!! They are using non harming cleaning products which I really like too. Great job and very happy.
