Our first contact was Alexander Cruz. He was professional, courteous and precise in his explanation of the work that would be done. We signed the contract on the spot and haven't regretted a moment.
The crew was on time, neat and polite. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who wants quality work at a more-than-fair price.
All I can say is "Bravo" for a a great job!

Jeff is extremely difficult to reach much less follow through. I have used him a few times, but never more than once in a year so I am charged the 'one time annual fee''. Usually unresponsive to my numerous phone calls to follow up which he has yet to do.

Blue Water Pools was very unprofessional. It took several phone calls to get him to come out (we only continued to call him because our pool guy highly recommended him,) and then we were never successful in getting a written quote.

CONTRACTED 10/30, UNABLE TO WORK UNTIL 6/2 DUE TO WEATHER. IN THE COURSE OF PRESSURE WASHING, GASKETING LOOSENED, CAUSING EXCESS LOSS OF WATER. HAD TO HIRE AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION TO FIND & REPAIR THE LEAK. THE COMPANY & I SPLIT THE CHARGE 50-50. PORTIONS OF NEW PAINT CAME LOOSE. COMPANY "PATCHED" USING UNDERWATER EPOXY MATERIAL TO REPAIR. COMPANY DID NOT OFFER TO PAY FOR THE NEW REPLACEMENT WATER ($200-250)
