Horrific! A three week project took 4 months. Although Kenneth Lamber said he would be hands on, we only saw him four times, three of those for less than 5 minutes. His worker showed up only a few days a week, taking much time off. Kenneth also left the country and left unskilled workers, who did not know how to use the machinery. Damage to the marble tile, walls, cabinetry, hallway, brick porch and garage was extensive and inexcusable. Their attempts to repair caused even more destruction than the original damage, requiring us to hire professionals and costing us hundreds of dollars to correct the destruction. Totally untrustworthy.

Excellent service and quality of work!

Kenneth with Blue Toolbox did a great job- he quoted a great fair price for the work, and there were no additional charges. He had a helper who did the actual tile work. Marco (I think that was the name) was very polite, friendly and professional. He did an excellent job installing tile, was very neat, cleaned up everything. We were overall very pleased with the quality and the way it was performed. Would definitely recommend and use again

The whole process went as well as can be expected.  The final product  came out the way we envisioned so we are happy with the end product.  There was some hustling at the end to meet the deadline but all in all, it got done in time. (And Kenneth did two baths in less than 4 weeks in time for Thanksgiving.. and one more in time for Christmas!)  Kenneth is an excellent tiler, his specialty,  and gave some good suggestions based on his experience.  He is extremely easy to deal with.. doesn't get ruffled and will return all calls immediately.  If an issue arises, he is right on it even if he is also working on another job.  He is open to any changes and adjusts accordingly without getting upset.  His cost of service is quite reasonable and I liked that I could control the cost by making my own purchases and also benefitting from his tile discount.

I heard about them from a friend so I decided to at least let them give me a quote for the job. His proposal was very professional and the service was excellent. I will be using them again in the future.
