They are extremely lazy, unprofessional, and demand up front payment for work which did NOT pass code. They have no idea what correct framing looks like. The rafters they put up in my addition failed the structural inspection because they are the incorrect size. I had to fire the company and tell them they had to leave in the middle of the job. When you hire this company you also have to put up with the owner, Fred Blair. He is demanding and unflexible. He treats customers like dirt and tells everyone he is right and they are wrong. If you ask for anything changed he will overcharge you and it will have to be fixed by someone who actually knows how to build things later. His company is run unprofessionally and he is a terrible person to work with. His employees are unexperienced and untrustworthy. They dropped a lit cigarette into my house which could have caught everything on fire.
