I wish to commend Cabinet Hardware Consultant Jim Burns for his professionalism and helpfulness in not only identifying the correct part, but for making me aware of the manufacturer’s (Baldwin) lifetime warranty and providing their contact information. Jim’s efforts were reflective of exceptional customer service and resulted in a savings of several hundred dollars. A hearty thank you and well done to Jim!

Blackhawk is an essential source when I need to consult as to what I need or if I need a unique, high-quality hardware item. Great source for home design nicknack's. Prices are substantially more than chain retailers so never shop there if you know what you need and it's a commodity item. They try to maintain a 1-to-1 staff to customer ratio so you can understand why their as cost conscious as a defense contractor but the flip side is you can also find 2 more staff members than you need. They volunteer help as well. The free popcorn is a nice touch for shoppers as well. I like to go hungry. All they need is draft beer.

ORDERED DOOR HARDWARE FROM BLACKHAWK, THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION, THEY CAN KEY LOCKS ALIKE AT NO CHARGE, AND WERE GENERALLY VERY HELPFUL TO WORK WITH. THEY GIVE A DISCOUNT IF YOU ARE REMODELING OR DOING A LARGE PROJECT - BE SURE TO ASK.
