+ -1 moreChuck was superb! Kudos to Chuck--a complete professional--and kudos to Blackhawk. Their motto ought to be "expertise with a heart." I would have wandered around one of the two big box choices of stores for 20 minutes trying to find someone to help me, they would not have been experts, and the hardware would have been close but not right. Blackhawk is the only place to go in Charlotte. Thanks, Chuck. Thanks, Blackhawk.
Description of Work: I needed a specialty nut and bolt to repair a swivel rocker where the arm connects to the rocker. I was blessed to connect with Chuck, who found exactly what I was looking for in short order. He answered all my questions, was immensely polite and helpful and my mission was complete in 10 minutes.
