Awful. After 9 weeks the ants are worse than ever- they canceled/reschedule appointments and don’t give any time frame. They charged us and then didn’t complete the service and didn’t show up to appointment.

The first visit went well and they sprayed very well. Our property backs up to the woods so this was very important to me. Subsequent visits, when I was not at home, were not as thorough as I saw from security footage. That fall we ended up selling our house anyway so we called the office to cancel our service. Months later in the spring, I notice they have begun to charge my account again, despite us not even living in that home. After repeated phone calls, Black Pest refuses to refund what I was charged after cancellation. I have never met a company that flat out refuses to to be reasonable. Their service is merely average and their customer service obviously is lacking. For these reasons I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Did not listen to us when we said that previously we were seeing some kind of grub in the tub, when the last tech we used put something in the drain to stop this, we did not see many more issues, but when the last couple of techs came by they had no idea of what we were talking about. Just no attention to detail, and Customer service is not very friendly, hard to deal with billing department. Will not be using there service again, and will not recommend. These days companies want your money but don't want to do the work.

Well...no more palmetto bugs,

I just moved in to a house that had been vacant for some months and discovered a cockroach problem. I called Black Pest Prevention and they were out there the same day. I was lucky enough to get the district manager, Jay, as my service tech. Jay was friendly, intelligent, and professional. He spent time knocking down cobwebs around the house and garage, and treated the entire house and garage. He spent additional time focusing on the infestation in the kitchen. His attitude was that he was determined to solve the problem. He explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and gave great advice. It is a pleasure to find such wonderful service these days. I'm glad I choose them for pest control. It has only been a few days since treatment, but the problem has improved. He said it would likely take a second treatment (included) to ensure success.

We use Black Pest Control because they did the termite treatment when the house we're living in was built. When we bought it from the prior owner, they recommended them. I give them a quarterly payment and they draft it out of my bank account. It normally takes maybe 15 minutes to 20 minutes to complete the service, I guess.

They come so many months. They leave a note on the door when they come. They spray around the house for spiders and things. So far, so good. I have been with them since I bought my house, ten years ago. I have no problems with them. Every time I have an issue, they come right away and fix it. They have been very quick. They don't bother me much when they come. They let me know they are coming and they go around the house and everything. I am very loyal when I get a company that doesn't bother me or do anything wrong, I stay with them. I usually keep the same company for a very long time. If the company is doing good for you there is no reason to switch them for a company you don't know how will do for you.

They come on a scheduled basis. I pay them monthly, they come when I call or they come monthly. I have been using them. I have a contract with them. I love that they provide this service. It depends on what they’re doing, but it takes an hour. Their workers are very good.

I contacted the office via email for a quote for pest control. The office responded quickly with detail and options. I then followed up by phone with additional questions. They were answered quickly and courteously (no pressure). I signed up for a year service. The pro showed up on the agreed upon time. He was very nice and informative about the services he was going to perform. It has been over a month since we started the service. So far so good.

Great! Everyone was considerate of my time and inconvenience. Also, every single person I spoke to or met was professional, courteous and friendly.

I have no bugs! I will continue to use them.

The price is a little high but I am not sure others are cheaper. I will continue to use them.

there service was very good. I thought they were very profession honest and easy to deal with. When I would call them on the fly, they came out right away most times the same day.

Usually I’m not home but they leave information that they’ve been there. They do inspection and I am never alerted when that date is. Usually they have to call to reschedule the appointment. The work is fine. I have not seen any termites.
