I took my wife's and my mountain bikes in to the shop for tune-ups after asking them over the phone what they charged for the service ($70 per bike). I dropped them off on a Thursday and picked them up in time to use them on a Saturday. While there, I asked for some recommendations for trails/greenways in the area and they were kind enough to give us a few good places to check out, and even showed us directions on our map. They did an excellent job on the tune-ups and took our bikes, which had been in storage, and made them feel like new again. I'll definitely be going back to these guys for future service and bike purchases - they know their stuff and are friendly while they share it with you!

I bought a bike online elsewhere and after we put it together ourselves (BIG mistake and hassle), it just wasn't quite right. The gears wouldn't shift, it was wobbly, and the brakes weren't working very well. Bike Line took a quick look at it and told me they'd do their $69.99 package which is basically a rebuild of the bike so that it would be brand new as if I bought it from them. I gave them my email address and they quoted a day that it would be ready (3 days) and that's when it was ready. They called and emailed to let me know I could pick the bike up. I took it for a ride and I have to say, WOW! In comparison, the bike wasn't really safe to ride before Bike Line worked on it. I will never put a bike together myself, will definitely have them put it together for me.
