From the time we called Brian Passarelli and he put us in touch with Jack Oudin, which was accomplished within a couple of hours, there was not any down time. Jack came over the next night, and then emailed us the next day with the foreclosure dates. Although it is a very tough and emotional time in our lives, we had the good fortune of meeting Jack. It was an educational experience and a pleasure dealing with him. Even though we did not do a short sale with Jack, one of our options, in addition to renting, is doing a lease option, which is something he could help us with. Jack is extremely thorough, stays on top of things and keeps an open line of communication. It is difficult trying to find someone who can help with foreclosure and is trustworthy. Thanks again to Jack for his hard work and dedication, it is greatly appreciated.
