MEMBER CHECKED REFERENCES AND CONFIRMED THAT TWO MEN WERE BROTHERS AND HAD PREVIOUSLY WORKED TOGETHER. WHEN CONFRONTED, ESTIMATOR REFUSED TO DISCUSS IF MEMBER WASNT GOING TO HIRE HIS COMPANY.
