I called Van Vu on a Friday and he agreed to come at 9:30 Saturday morning. Weekdays were not going to work for me so I appreciated the Saturday morning availability. The carpet looks great and I am very happy with his work.

I called Van Vu late on a Friday night after hours of trying to clean up my husband's bonus room which had not been cleaned in 19 years. I was very upset and exhausted. Van called back and said he would be here the very next morning. He arrived and did an amazing job. We will not need to replace the carpet for now. It looks great. I am very pleased and also very grateful I found this company. I will definitely call BestSTEAMER for all my carpet cleaning. By the way, the 89.00 charge was his minimum but well worth it when all that equipment had to be brought upstairs to clean a single large room on a Saturday morning (when many companies are closed).

Van and his team cleaned my carpets and applied Scotchguard. I found him through a Groupon and he did not try to upsell me. I will use him again.
