Best Roofing Now replaced my roof 8 months ago, and I am still pleased with the job they did. I originally contracted with them because they impressed me with their detailed knowledge of not only roofs but also how roofs work with the attic and house for proper ventilation. They took the time to reconfigure the venting in my attic instead of just slapping on a roof. James and Nic were pleasant, knowledgeable, and nice to work with — and they price they charged was more reasonable than others. I recommend them.

They came in, worked with the insurance company (hail damage) to replace the roof, upgrade the ventilation system and replaced the damaged gutters. They repaired the damaged inside walls. They were able to complete the roof in one day and a partial day for the inside walls. They cleaned up before they left, even using a rolling magnet to get all of the lost nails in the yard. We only had to pay the deductable. I highly recommend them to anyone worried about their roofs.

I can't say that I would recommend for a few different reasons. I had a new roof installed on my house. I had to get them to come out two times to redo two areas of my roof. One of the issues was very obvious and I don't believe it would have been fixed unless I had said something. There was also a mix up on the start date of the install, even though I emailed twice to confirm(I had to drive across town in rush hour traffic 1.5 hours to move a vehicle). They did however try to make things right by replacing a couple small sections of gutter, and taking a small amount off the total price. The gutter work looked great. The people I spoke with were friendly and when I showed them issues, they were quick to correct them the next day. I just wish the work was looked over well enough the first time. All in all, I'm just glad everything is done.

This company restored our home when a massive tree fell on our house. They had done work for our daughter and son-in-law, both of whom highly recommended them. No sooner had we called than they came out to assess the damage. As soon as the tree was lifted by an enormous crane, they came out tarped the hole in the roof and set a day to get the repairs done. When Charlotte was hit by an unexpected windstorm, they came back out and resecured the tarp to ensure that the house was protected during a predicted rainstorm the next day. They came out and did the repairs and reroofed the house. Work was flawless and all members of their team were the epitome of professionalism.

If I could give a 6th star, I would. James is fantastic to work with and he has your best interest at heart. We tried my insurance as there was some hail damage but they refused. I mentioned this as James literally walked me through the process in my house and provided fantastic direction and made it easy. I had several companies come out along with Best Roofing and they were right in line with costs. Best Roofing crew did an amazing job and cleaned up better than they found the place. It is an expensive cost for a new roof and I feel I got my monies worth along with my piece of mind with Best Roofing and James Turner. Also they have a great warranty along with the manufacturer warranty. Great company and fantastic service.
