 + -1 morecommunication was poor. Our original contact passed us off to someone else partway through - we received emails instead of phone calls. When we said we were going out of town, they left us messages on our home phone (never called our cell) with instructions of new forms to fill out. We managed to do this in another town, and when we returned home, they had lost our file and we had to do it again. We were constantly signing forms dated weeks before, but never sent to us. On the day of the closing, they couldn't or wouldn't provide us the final balance to take to closing - just told us to "bring our checkbook". The terms of the mortgage we received was fine - the communication was a big disappointment.
Description of Work: Facilitated the refinancing of a mortgage loan.

Description of Work: Application for "cash out refinance" new mortgage. Resulted in a very slow process though good fair rate offered. Did not respond in a timely manner, did not return phone calls or react in a professional manner. I therefore was forced to go with another company. This caused me a lot of anguish and time in obtaining a mortgage and missing a "window" resulting in my having to miss a good rate. Do not use this company they string you along. Seem to operate on a shoe string. Are overworked due to false promises.
