Plumbing
PLUMBER INSTALLED NEW FAUCETS IN BATHROOM. WHEN HE LEFT FOR THE NIGHT WE HAD TWO LEAKS. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND ASKED FOR THEM TO SEND A DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL TO FIX THE LEAKS. THEY SENT THE SAME MAN THE NEXT DAY. HE LEFT TO GET SOME ADDITIONAL PARTS, WHEN HE CAME BACK HE SIMPLY LEFT THE JOB SITE AND DID NOT FIX THE LEAKS. MY HUSBAND HAD TO FINISH THE WORK. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE OWNER SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP US OUT. SHE SAID I JUST SEEM LIKE AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER AND THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SEND ANOTHER PLUMBER OUT TO OUR HOME. THEY DID REFUND OUR MONEY.
